Pt Solutions's Online Review Report Card

I go to physical therapy in my town in Valley Springs.  However they don't have speech therapy, so I was referred by my doctor to PT solutions in Lodi, an hour drive for me.  When I arrived on my first day I was shocked at how run down this building is.  The outside looks to be stuck in the 1960's and inside is super depressing: small windowless dark rooms that are run down.  I walk through one physical therapy area to my speech therapists office and only saw one exercise equipment and a few treatment tables.  The workers looked bored and not all are friendly with smiles or hellos.   I quickly realized that my physical therapy (Golden Bear) is a five star resort!  Bright open floor plan with a ton of exercise equipment in a clean and well kept building.  Day and night difference. My speech therapist is just wonderful though!  She is patient, kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. She is helping me so much.  I feel lucky to have her care.  I feel bad that she works in such a run down environment.  I try to ignore the ugly depressing environment.  I would never come here for physical therapy.  I'm sure the therapists are just as good as my speech therapist.  I just don't think I could take the depressing environment. The environment is a one star, but my speech therapist is a five star.  So that is why they get a three star review.  Environment affects mood, feelings, wellbeing.  I practically run out of there when I'm done.

Kudos to the kind, caring, and professional staff at PT Solutions.I was very fortunate have Leticia Valadez as my OT to guide me through my recovery after an injury. Her excellent training, knowledge, and skill set helped me to regain movement in my hand, arm, and shoulder that I was unsure I would have again.Lety was kind, caring, patient, and encouraging throughout my treatment. She had a great variety of "tools in her box" to keep each session interesting, engaging, and productive. In addition, I enjoyed her wit, humor, and thoughtful conversation!I highly recommend Lety, and the rest of the staff at PT Solutions if you are in need of assistance in this field.

Dylan and Marybeth have provided exceptional care. They really went above and beyond to get me through challenging times giving me hope and a new perspective. They have taught me so much and helped me reach my goals.Everyone at PT Solutions has really gone above and beyond to assist me and make my experience truly pleasant. So i came to to Pt Solutions in Lodi by reference from my surgeon after breaking a few bones in my hand and wrist. My OT(Occupational Therapist) was very helpful to my recovery with her guidance and due diligence, she was very cordial, informative and takes awesome care of anyone sent her way including myself, i am greatful for my hand to be back in action and couldn't have asked for a better experience considering the damage to my hand! My OT was Leticia, i would highly recommend her to anyone dealing with this or any similar hand or arm injuries.

I am currently receiving care at this facility for OT, PT, and Speech and Cognitive therapy. But I could just come here to enjoy the atmosphere and overall good vibes. Everyone is so nice and kind.The receptionists are so sweet. They are very professional too. And I know sometimes I have them doing extra work trying to accommodate my changing appointments so often! They do it with no problem. They are very patient.I have had a couple of different therapists for PT, and they were outstanding. They listen very carefully to what is going on with my ailments, and everything else I tell them, and the care is right on spot. People reading this may say, " That's what they are supposed to do ", but I've hard physical therapy elsewhere and it's just how genuine they are. They make me feel like I'm a family member of theirs that they are caring for.Mt OT therapist is so nice. And she is very knowledgeable. And I can tell how very much she loves what she does. I like coming and seeing if she has gotten anything new for her patients to work with. She likes shopping for new things for therapy, and finding different things to do with patients according to their needs.My Speech & Cog. therapist is awesome. She is kind and welcoming. And she really tries to get me involved with my care. She will even take time to find out what is going on with me, even some things that are not expressly what I'm there for (but may be linked). I even told my mother how comfortable I was with her the very first visit I had with her!Well, to wrap up this very long review, I'm so very glad to be getting my care here, and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Even the therapist I'm not being seen by, and other people working the are very nice. The people here are awesome. I have recommended this facility to my doctors, and recommending it to anyone who needs care.

Our experience at PT Solutions has been amazing!! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and a joy to interact with. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of Outpatient therapy services!!

Very nice and professional groupFrom the front desk to the treatment room! After a fall three years ago, I thought this will be my new normal.I've seen a big difference. They sure know how to work the "right points"

I cannot say enough about the care I have received . Everyone - from the front desk to the treatment areas - always made me feel welcomed and interested in my well being.
