Richelle Gomez Marasigan's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Marasigan has been a wonderful physician. She listens, explains things well and has been extremely compassionate. When I started having weird medical issues, she ran the normal labs to diagnose my condition. When they came back inconclusive, she ran a specialized test that I was told saved my life. When I told my neuromuscular neurologist that my GP ran that test, he was astounded. Dr. Marasigan has been amazing and I highly recommend her.

I give Dr. Marasigan a 5 star review. Dr is not only working for me she works for everyone she comes in contact with. She is personable, witty, funny and truthful. She is the ultimate Dr. of all time. Caring, respectful and helpful. I’m so thankful she is my Dr.!

They denied my husband health care because our INSURANCE switched his provider 2 years ago and we have a new insurance now with her name on our cards and that will not take us because OUR insurance changed our provider. We will be calling Hill physicians and be putting in a complaint. I will also be changing my doctor because no one deserves to be treated that way.

I found Dr. Marasigan based upon her experience. I have been unable to be successfully treated for the last 4 years with my previous doctors. I think it is because they do not have the osteopathic experience. These last 4 years have been full of pain and doctor's appointments with no diagnosis, or a diagnosis that is fast proved wrong. However, I give this doctor a 1 star because she has decided to work at a place that refused to see me because I am cash pay. I did not think the hippocratic oath had a caveat for a lack of insurance. Obviously the care of patients comes second here.

I have been with Dr. Marsigan for less than a year but thus far I have been very happy with care. She's good a good listener, insightful and helpful to my needs.

What can I say dr. Richelle marasigan I met her in December of 2019 had one appointment visit and was satisfied then I had another in January then came February 14th my appointment was for 8:30 a m I got there around 8:15 they took me in her examination room and sat me down took my blood pressure check my temperature around 8:35 a.m. I asked the nurse is dr. Marasigan running late they inform me that she wasn't even there yet I said okay I'll wait so then I waited until around 8:50 a.m. I started getting a little antsy and claustrophobic so I walked out to the receptionist area and I asked him if I could reschedule I guess I wasn't going to be able to see dr. Marasigan today I left about a week later I received a letter in the mail stating that dr. Marasigan did not want to deal with me anymore or see me I'm very confused and wondering does she even know this letter was sent out by her staff if so dr. Marasigan I was treated like this what did I do to deserve this if this is all true can you reach out to me and let me know why I would really appreciate it if it's true give me a reason why I hope this post doesn't change other people's minds about you but if it does then I guess maybe God intended it to be like that anyway I forgive you dr. Marasigan and God bless you and your whole family thank you

Tries to make an appointment with dr Marasigan I use to go to her in 2016 but because I wasnt going consistently I'm now considered a new patient and they have to ask her if she wants to accept me again and they do not take my new insurance. When I told the girl on the phone I have a friend who goes there as well with the same insurance. She said yes but you are a new patient and we just stopped taking that insurance so now I have to get a new doctor in town and I'm having a lot of pain just sucks how the "system works not fair to me with a liver disease and I'm 24 just trying to go to the doctor seems soHard. Didn't feel like they cared on the phone just said right away I'm a new patient...but that's fine I will never recommend this place didn't feel helped at all. I felt in the dark. I also feel that they have ridiculous policies.

I had my first visit with Dr. Marasigan today, August 14, 2019. I love her! She is very professional and thorough. She made me feel like she cared about my health. I am so happy that I found her.

Waited 2 and half months to meet this doctor and her incompetent staff cant even take down a simple correct phone number. I show up for my appt to find out the doctor is out and they tried reaching me on a phone number that was never mine. I now have to wait another 1-2 months to see a new pcp. Completely wasted my time and money as i had to take time off work for this crap. Thanks alot

Dr. Marasigan is wonderful.  Her bedside manners are so welcoming and her concerns for her patients are the best.  She has never left me hanging as to any of my medical issues.  She takes care of business.So happy I found her.  There is nothing like a good doctor who actually cares about your well-being.  Besides all of the above, she is adorable.
