Tareq Majed Ali's Online Review Report Card

In the years I have been a patient here my concerns have been dismissed when I in fact have serious medical issues. I tried multiple times to tell the PA of the month since I actually saw "DR" Ali maybe twice. Each time I was treated like I was making up my issues. When I was finally sent for tests it confirmed what I was trying to tell them all along. It took an ER doctor contacting the Mr Ali to actually get me into a specialist. My last call to Kim(The "Office manager") resulted in her calling me a liar and hanging up on me. Then 2 days later calling me to tell me they were sending 2 medications to pharmacy. Did not state the reason, diagnosis or anything. I had to google my test results to find out I was in trouble. Then just received a letter from their office (with Mr Alis signature) stating they would no longer keep me as a patient due to my language on the phone call with Kim in which she called me a liar and hung on me. The letter stated that I was yelling at office staff (which is false). This is just a brief description of the mess of an office and staff I experienced. I dont think Ive ever written a review but felt I needed to warn people about these people. Do not let them or anybody in their field dismiss your health concerns. You have the right to ask questions and push for anything and everything to be done to keep you informed. Mr Ali and Ms Kim.....You should be ashamed of yourselves. Your patients are people not a figure on an insurance claim. You should really examine your motives for being in this line of work. We are Mothers, fathers, children just like you. Treat us as such.

Worst staff in the world. I wish I can give them 0 stars. They never take you seriously, they never answer the phone, always extremely rude, they will takes months if ur not on their a$$ for a referral. To top it off the doctor is never available. If anyone knows of a better place or doctor plz plz let me know

I give this place a 1 star maybe a 0! Their staff is rude and slow!! The dr is never there himself and doesn’t care about his patients at all!!

My customer has tried getting medical records for months from Dr. Ali's office and Kim. As of now still no records for her life insurance case. This is after an estimated 100 or so attempts in writing and by phone requesting them. Are they even alive in there? I will remove this review once the records are sent. Thank you!

Staff is rude and unprofessional. Never have appointments available. Avoid this place at all costs.

Dr Ali is personable and helpful but the office staff... a bunch of bad attitudes. If you have serious health issues DO NOT see this office, you’re not taken seriously.

The staff is rude. They don't get referrals done, even though I have asked many times. I don't like making appointments for the sole reason of not wanting to talk to the rude person on the other line. They (staff) don't make you feel welcome nor do they know anything about how to interact with patients. Heck I don't even bother going here anymore unless I need a referral. I just go to the California urgent care because they are so much friendlier and appointments aren't necessary.Dr. Ali on the other hand, is a great guy and very nice. Good doctor also. Just needs to hire better staff. Dr. Ryan the NP is an awesome practitioner! She cares and gets things done right. OVERALL: Doctors are greatWHAT NEEDS WORK: Follow up on lab work, there is absolutely NO need for appointments for lab results. Just call the darn patient and tell them or leave a message. Obviously the staff.Millsbridge clinic is a 9.5/10 vs 6.5/10 here.

Been going to his office for 5+ yrs. have only met him once and saw him at his office once in that whole time. Keep on them every second or things start to get overlooked. The only two reasons I stay are: he is the only doctor in Lodi that I can find that takes the county plan and are excepting new patients. And the other is he’s got a great N.P.
