I am fed up with this place. They don't answer your calls and wait time on calls are normally 10-20mins. It's been over 3 months that I am waiting for Dr. Soe to get back to me with my lab results and I been trying to get a hold of him ever since😐These people don't care about their patients! Horrible clinic

I fired my other medical team and switched to Dr. Soe September 2015. I am very pleased with his professionalism and his taking action to get me to the specialist I needed.

Switching doctors after he told my husband who is a heart patient with over 6 open hearts and only one lung that he was complaining about his physical problems. Zero compassion for his patients.

After Months A 3 Doctors, i finally found a doctor that listens to my concerns and talks with me. He was very respectful and listened when i told him about ny severe panic attacks/anxiety attacks. Unlike half the doctirs in lodi, i didn't feel like he was rushing me out of his office. Im so glad i found a doctor that i can continue to see for years to come, and the staff was very nice and respectful as well! (great job ladies)!

Worst Dr experience I've ever had and I'm near 40. I had been in a serious car accident rib and sternum fractures, collapsed lung and internal bleeding resulting in hematomas in the hips seat belt injuries. He yelled I refuse to treat you when I asked for my paid medication refilled. I refuse you as a patient He did't examine me even to check my breathing. The apt took 2 hours and he wouldn't even give me the referral to the surgeon. Then when I made a complaint to my insurance he lied.

I switched to another doctor after Dr. Soe suggested that the pain I am suffering is due to my age and I should just quit complaining about it..

I suffer from chronic debilitating back pain, and also have type 2 diabetes and hepatitis c. Dr. Soe did refer me to specialists for the hep-c and prescribed a medication for the diabetes which seems to be working so I have no complaints there. BUT, Dr. Soe believes that chronic debilitating pain is a normal, natural and necessary condition. His exact words were you are old, and have back problems, so you are just going to have to live with it. He refuses to prescribe any pain meds for me.
