I had an appointment scheduled through Kaiser with this location. First, they canceled my original appointment, the day of, then rescheduled me on Labor Day. I dialed in at my scheduled time, waited 15 minutes as I was reading my emails. Finally, I hung up and was told that the Dr. was running behind. The office attendant, then communicated that the Dr. would call me in 10 min, I waited 30, no call, so I called back again. Calling back, took 2 calls, no answer the two previous calls. Once someone did pick up, I was told to log back in on the link sent to me, I did. and it showed Dr. was OFFLINE this time. I called back and was told again that the Dr. would call. By this time, I did not believe this was going to happen based on how the appointment status was going. I communicated to the office rep that if I did not receive a call in 10 minutes to cancel my appointment and that I would follow up with Kaiser to let them know that the scheduled appointment did not happen and that I no longer wanted to be seen from this practice. The lady said okay and that was it! No return call, email - nothing. Don't waste your time at this location, they do not know how to conduct business with their patients! I waited over a week for this appointment, hoping to talk with a psychiatry and nothing happened but my time taken, waiting!!!!!

Dr. Harbans S. Multani was the most compassionate, professional, efficient, caring, concerned, knowledgeable psychiatrist I've ever been to in my life. He asks relevant questions and really pays attention and listens to the answers. He never treated me bad in any way. He also never over medicated me. He always listened to my mom when she would explain to him symptoms I was exhibiting and prescribe me the recommended targeted dose for my illness. I always felt like he had my best interests at heart. I can't imagine anyone in their right mind would believe he would harm someone.

My daughter has been in desperate need to get through to his office for weeks. No one answers the phone. Completely neglecting his patients during the covid crisis!

Patients have no way to contact this doctor. His staff are not answering the phone. They do not respond to fax requests from pharmacies. We are now in a desperate situation. Thank you doctor.

Called after recieving a referral to this doctor; wd instead told they are no longer taking me patients as of two weeks ago... which is when I got my referral to him. Worthless staff; no wonder this doctor had no reviews or bad reviews.
