List of Loma Linda University Health Care's Reviews
This review is for East Campus, more specifically Dr. Yasmeh (Spine/Orthopedic Surgeon) as well as the nurses and the rest of the staff there at Loma Linda East Campus Hospital. Had spinal surgery performed ( micro discectomy)What an amazing experience. Can't begin to tell you guys how wonderful everyone there was. Dr. Yasmeh was great, very communicative, and did a great job at keeping me informed and relaxed throughout the whole process.A huge thanks to all the nurses there, I can't thank you enough for making me and my wife feel comfortable. Thank you to MaryLou , Rocio, and Linda! You guys are the best! Forgot my anesthesiologist's name, but thank you as well super cool guy.Had out last two kids at Loma Linda as well. Always have an amazing experience.Thank you again to all of you for everything you do!
This place is a joke no respect for the patient there supposed to be there to help you but are no help it always just sit an wait like were animals
My 14 year old son has physical rehabilitation here. A week into it and no progress, just going backwards! They are suppose to help me learn how to take care of him when we get home and as of now I have taught them things and they have not taught me anything about how to care for my son when he gets out. Nurses don't do anything they are supposed to do. One physical therapist actually got physical with my son!
New hospital almost ready!
I was treated for cervical cancer at this hospital with Dr Momeni. From my pre-op visits, and the two surgeries I needed to have, everyone was really nice. Dr Momeni himself is brief, but he made an effort to personally inform my family of how my surgery had gone and both surgeries went very well.Every anesthesiologist i spoke to was really thorough and communicative and made me feel comfortable.I was mostly dreading my overnight visit because I HATE staying in hospitals. In my past experiences, every hospital I’ve stayed at is depressing and dirty and the staff is usually rude. This overnight visit was so different though. Every single nurse was really patient and kind. I never felt concerned that I’d be forgotten in my room, because I was checked on constantly and gently. My overnight nurse was Rob and he was really nice and helpful.I also had a room with a nice view, so my stay didn’t feel claustrophobic at all.I can’t really think of a single bad thing to say, every facet of this rather stressful and scary ordeal has been made as pleasant as possible by every staff member I encountered.
I I'm heroin addict who called the hospital try to to get help I called emergency room the man was very rude would not answer my questions told me if I wanted anything any kind of information or what not to come in that's it that's all where I live a lot of people that I know are going to the hospital and the emergency room and they're letting him die giving him an aspirin not giving him any pain pills because they're saying that we are medication to get high I don't understand why they treat us like this nobody that I know would go through the pain in the torture that the abscess give a person just to get drugs it's just not possible I really don't know how to word this because I am so frustrated and hurt I wish somebody would help us
Great experience. Was here for a tibia/fibula/ankle fracture. Surgery was fast, nurses were attentive, and I was taken care of!
Loma linda University hospital based on my experience of open heart surgery and care of about 5 days after is not the best in the west. I'm a veteran and had my surgery awhile back at loma linda University. Veterans hospital is the best in the west NOT LOMA LINDA UNIVERSITY. Loma linda University caused me great stress during my care there. My recovery took longer because of after care.
Just got home from surgery at LLUMC East Campus. I have to say that everyone involved in my care was extremely patient and kind. I also observed this among the staff caring for other patients. The only knock was the loud & extremely over-the-top behavior of one of my roommates in our recovery room. Got very little sleep between 10pm & 4am. That said, I was amazed at how the staff maintained their composure & were always patient & kind with him as well! You folks are impressive. Thank you.
Urgent CareAbout 3 hours wait time just to be called to a roomwaiting area is very dirtyemployees in the hallways using profanity as their primary language.wonder how it would be when we finally see/talk to a provider.it took an additional hour to see a PA - basically nothing they can do here - need to follow up with primary doc.arrived at 22:00 and as of 01:37 still waiting for paper work to go home.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
