List of Loma Linda University Health Care's Reviews
Love this hospital..!!It saved my moms life over 30 years ago.. My mom came down with Colon Cancer at the age 28 and Loma Linda found the polyp before it went to far , they caught it in its infancy stage.. She did not even need cemo ..My mom has been Cancer Free since 1987…!!My grandson was medi-vaced there from Desert Reginal hospital in Palm Springs.. He only was given 37% of recovery he had heart problems, 2 collapsed lunges from Hi Desert Hospital in Josuha Tree , from them giving him anesthesia right after birth instead of oxygen, The OR team in there while she was getting a C-Section mistakenly gave him the wrong vital resource immediately following the birth for approximately 10 minutes before they realized that he was dying…Again , Desert Reginal did all they could do for him after being medivaced to them first , then lastly he was medivacced to Loma Linda where The most Holy hospital stands tall ..!!Thank God and the God Sent staff at Loma Linda for all the miracles they have done for my family…!!!
My grandson was checked in before 8pm, it's 1:55am and he still hasn't seen a doctor. Its been 6hrs and no medical service yet!Horrible service, they make patients wait for hours without seeing a doctor or checking there vitals. I'm sure they have lawsuits often with this type of process. Just because it's not a trauma doesn't mean it's not an emergency. I was denied to speak to the charge nurse and I was told that is a trauma 1 hospital. So she said the wait time could be over 10hrs. All that remodeling for nothing, they are a horrible hospital. They need to make a lot of changes in there process and start caring about there patients.
Kudos to RN Stella for taking great care of my wife who is temporarily staying at the ICU. Her exemplary performance of her duties deserves commendation. Thank you.
Was transferred a total of 12 times to make a wellness appointment.
The wait time is ridiculous almost 10hrs to be admitted and still waiting. The worst service from a children's hospital. Many people left after waiting for 5hrs and some patients are from the previous day. So unhappy with their service, I'm never coming back here. If you have the time to wait that long, then this is the place to come. I'm giving them a star just because I couldn't give them a zero. Some patients are even sleeping on the floor.
This hospital ER is the worst.Never been so disappointed with Loma Linda children's hospital. been here for 6 hours.people are living that been here more than 8 9hours.
Superb treatment! I can’t thank the doctors, nurses, and staff enough! This is where you want your child to be when all of Southern California medical professionals can’t diagnose your child. My wife and I were left speechless to the attention and medical professionalism we received. Our 14 month old was in the hands of the best of the best no doubt about it and that is something no amount of money can buy!!
They saved my sons life. There isn’t much else to say but thank you. We were there for about a week. It was very scary to have very little ability to help my son but doctors and staff were amazing. If you need to come here and I hope you don’t but you will be in good hands.Update: because our stay we also were informed he had some allergies. This is significant due to the fact that doctors won’t typically test children under 2 for them. This hospital went above and beyond. Our son is still healthy to this day.I don’t think we got to say thank you to the staff because we were so happy to finally go home but “Thank you”
This hospital saved my husband's life. He was in a roll over and eject car accident. He only had a 5% chance of living, his Aorta tore and his pelvic broke in half, there were multiple broken bones. I can't put it into words how thankful I am, I know God guided the surgeon's thru my husband's surgery. Thank you Loma Linda from the bottom of my heart.
My 2 year old son had surgery here today and all I can say is wow! I am blown away with the amazing treatment we received today. While waiting to be called back for surgery, every single person who was going to be in the OR came over and personally introduced themselves and asked if I had questions about their role in the OR. I was given a paper with everyone’s name and role also in case I had questions later. Dr Olee and our recovery nurse Katy just blew me away with the level of care, compassion and love they show these kids. We also had two child life assistants who played with my very active and busy 2 year old before surgery so walking in he happily walked back with them with no tears at all. As a mom, that did so much for my heart. Thank you doesn’t even seem enough to say to these amazing people who helped with the whole surgery process. I was already nervous and worried and it went away with each warm person we met. You guys don’t get enough credit for what you do. Thank you so much for all your love and care!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
