ZERO STARS! The receptionist and doctors nurse refused to see our disabled mother of 73 because we were 10 minutes late. They then said that they would go ask the doctor. They came back AFTER 10 minutes and said that he said no. We told them that both of her legs were very swollen and she was in pain. We told them right there in front of us that "if you guys dont see her she HAS to go to urgent care because of the pain." The receptionist smiled and said that maybe that was better for her. We then explained how they did nothing for her last time and that they said for her to see primary. She said again with a smile "Oh I'm sorry" Here's the problem though, she has had this leg pain and has been in pain for 2 weeks and then they called last week and canceled because the Doctor was sick! So they can call and reschedule you at their discretion, but wont help an old lady in pain! Heres the best part: my sister had a doctor appointment with the very same dr and staff 2 hours later. She told the doctor about the whole thing and he said he never heard of it and that HE WOULD HAVE SEEN HER BECAUSE SHE WASNT 30 MINUTES LATE!!! ONLY 10!!!!! SO TO THE STAFF AT THIS OFFICE, I SWEAR YOU HAVE NOT HEARD THE LAST OF ME!!!!

I embarrassed that I have not done this sooner, since he has been my doctor for years! LLUMC is a teaching hospital so you expect high standards. Dr. Haddad encompasses all of the best of LLUMC. Competent, professional, very knowledgeable and a great 'bedside manner' are just a few of his attributes! I feel more like I am visiting a trusted friend then a doctor's visit. Thanks Doc...you have nailed it!

I’ve been treated by Dr. Haddad for about 3 years now. He is honest, and straightforward, takes the time to explain things well and has excellent bedside manner. He’s an ace doctor. Very happy to have found a great doctor.

Dr. Haddad is my Go To Doc for much more than routine care. He is the rare practioner to consider the entire patient, including family, lifestyle, work and recreation, as well as physical health. He is approachable, caring and well educated. I am very critical of healthcare from decades of professional nursing and advocating for my family's complex healthcare needs. Dr.Haddad has the special qualities that make him the gold standard.

The most comforting PC I have ever seen. He listens thoroughly and explains medical situations in a way that is understandable. I was nervous about seeing a doctor now, I cant ever imagine being with anyone else.
