Absolutely the worst office to go to. They don’t listen to what is wrong with you and refuse to help you. Do not go here. They start out real friendly then just twist and turn out to be a bad relationship.

I cannot begin to explain how profoundly inappropriate and unprofessional the staff at this establishment is. After visiting this office for three years i have never received hello/good morning/ goodbye from the staff. Their behavior is truly egregious at best. On several occasions i have also witnessed the woman april and the smaller girl with glasses complain about difficulty with patients over the phone and how they are penalizing patients in the schedule for this. My bmi is is totally healthy and not a single visit with Dr Rizkalla does she not make uncomfortable about my body and how “thin” i am. I also witnessed a cna turn back on a 80+ year old women needing help from her seat when her name was called. Truly amazing. No corrective measures are even made for mentioning to her that her staff lacks common protocols when it comes to being professional. This is immeasurably reflected upon the Doctor and should be sorted out.

I just love Dr. Rizkalla and I highly recommend her to family , friends, and even people that I come in contact with . She is very thorough , easy to understand and answers all questions and concerns that I might have . I will continue to see her until she retires .

Dr Rizkalla and all of her ataff have always been amazing to myself and my husband. Dr. Rizkalla listened to my symptoms and worked with me to help me reslove. I am still undergoing care but Dr. Rizkalla has always made sure to take care of me. Her office staff and M.A's are always so helpful and compassionate. I love this office.

Dr Field is amazing she’s very compassionate listens to you. She even prayed with me an my husband. Very very sweet woman.

Excellent doctor. She has a personal interest in the patient and takes enough time for each visit. Appointments are easy to make. I am a male but I am comfortable using a female doctor because of her professionalism. I recommend her highly.

Office staff is very rude especially their "office Manager". I called trying to get information about a referral and the office manager had such a bad attitude like always, Then they proceeded to tell me when i was there my reasons were NOT documented which is probably correct because the doctor didn't even chart my info she just wrote it on a blank piece of paper so there was no record. Overall the staff doesn't seem knowledgeable and the front desk is a mess of papers. Would not recommend.

Dr. Rizkalla immediately reviewed my records upon my first visit, asked some very straightforward questions, and discovered that the memory loss that I started to have over the past few months was due to a medication that another doctor has prescribed. Within days of going off of that medication, and placed on another, I was back to myself again! She doesn't just dispense great medical treatment... she cares about the well-being of her patients.

Doctor Rizkalla left me on medication too long and openly admitted to it. She also prescribed medication that I didn't need and when I expressed my concerns to her she said that my symptoms were in my head. I ended up in the emergency room and that's where I found out I was on medication that I didn't need and my body was reacting negatively toward it. I can never get an appointment in on the same month she must have way too many patients. I lost trust in her.

my husband and i have always and will always recommend this doctor, she is top notch and can see you and tell you what is wrong with you immediately . we were fortunate to have her as our doctor for over 15 yrs. and are sorry she is still not our doctor, husband transferred out of the state for his job 7 yrs. ago . wish we could have brought her with us .
