Anjum Qazi's Online Review Report Card

I have been seeing Dr. Qazi for over a decade. I have had nothing but good experiences at her office. Dr. Qazi is smart, on the ball and I have never felt rushed. We have had good conversations on a number of topics. Her staff has always been friendly to me. I will say, I always enter the office with a smile and a hello. I leave with a thank you. I feel very lucky to have had Dr. Qazi as my doctor.

HORRIBLE STAFF AND DOCTOR! Only interested in talking with you if she can collect a co-pay or sell you make-up, purses or some other product. Like walking through a flea market. Doctor is unresponsive and does not return calls in timely manner. Was with her several years. She often went on vacation and left me without medication refill. Save yourself from this chaos.

I am disappointed. I got sick with a bad cold & she wouldn't see me. I was told she doesn't see sick patients. I had to go to a clinic. I was sent by Dr Qazi for chest x-ray after a phone visit with her though. I find out today after calling the Radiologist that they sent the x-ray the same day to my dr & again yesterday after a request. I had called the drs office several times to see if they received it in the following days but they kept saying no & it's been 11 days since the x-ray & I've been waiting to see if I had pneumonia & I'm still suffering symptoms. I have heard nothing when they know i was concerned about my health & said they would call if they found out anything & they were sent the results twice including yesterday but I never got a call. I don't feel cared for. I called and got a copy of the chest xray results myself today & it took me less than 1 hr. I've changed drs now also. I'm getting older & need good on the ball care. I cannot believe how I've been treated from the staff placing me on hold for 5 mins only to come to the phone and hang up in my face. Myself and my son have been long-time patients here. I lost my job and primary insurance during the Covid19 pandemic and they told me "We don't take Medi-Cal because they don't pay!" I can understand it if you don't take a certain medical Insurance now, but I don't understand the way they tossed me around on the phone including the Doctor. I was gladly accepted with another provider who made spacw for my son and I. Also, during the pandemic in March,.I left at least 5 messages with the (message service)for Anjum Qazi to call me back and that NEVER happened. Look for another office where you will be treated with respect and a place where you can ACTUALLY get in touch with your doctor. NEVER AGAIN! Let me take me Medi-cal somewhere else where the Doctor won't turn up her nose to it! MARIA, LEARN HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT! Office staff is HORRIBLE NOW!

Dr. Qazi, thanks for cutting through the red tape!!!!If it wasn't for you I would still be waiting in that other doctors waiting room weeks later.

Best Dr.ever she always find a way to help her pt.SHE is always willing to listen.And her stuff are amazing.For one year I tried to figure out what is wrong with me after seeing 5 Dr.And only Dr.Anjum did everything to help me.And finally figure out what is wrong with me.Thankful for her and I definetly recommend her.

Dr. Anjum Qazi is the best Dr ever. She truly cares about her patients and will take the time to listen to you and come up with a plan to get you to the best medical place you can be.She also treats you with facial rejuvenation and does a great job , at that as well. She actually tries everything on herself,before she does it on her patients . I trust her completely with both medical and facial rejuvenation, body contouring etc. I have been her patient for 15 years, you cannot find a more caring and compassionate Doctor. She is the best Dr I have seen will my complex medical history, she has been with me every step of the way- which shows how much she cares about her patients!

On December 5th, 2019, I was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. At the time of my diagnosis, my physical condition was critical to say the least; it required the most competent, effective and aggressive treatment available. I was extremely blessed that Dr. Qazi was assigned to address these issues. From the beginning of the process, she fought for my needs and became my health advocate in regards to dealing with the insurance companies. Once I got admitted, she was very attentive to my needs and visited me on a daily basis. Her communication and concern for my treatment were second to none. I cannot thank Dr. Qazi as I believe her work and dedication towards my recovery truly saved my life. I would recommend her services to anyone needing treatment in the South Bay.

Every time this doctor sees my mother, the visits are very quick and she's not very helpful. She does a poor job of following up with her patient's needs. My dad visited the office three times and when I called to schedule a check up appointment for him, her incompetent staff said they have no records of him being there. How is a doctor supposed to follow up on the health needs of her patients if they can't even keep records of their visits? Her staff is incompetent. My mother's sleeping machine broke and she has communicated it with her and her incompetent staff for over two months now. Instead of referring her to a pulmonogist who specializes in it, they have been going back and forth and my mom still doesn't have a sleeping machine. Her office is filled with everything and she's trying to sell you all these lotions and I'm like wow, I'm just here for a check up stop selling me stuff I cannot afford. Would not recommend bringing your parents here or yourself.

Even though you provide restrooms for only your patients There should be some exceptional situations such as child's needs in emergency. This place had no mercy for whatsoever! Lady with glasses even frowned her face with repetitive no. Front desk also. And you don't have to give me that attitude. You can still talk with nice face can't you??? Nobody there is nice. Staff disaster! They put shxx on Dr. face by acting like that. Did they even get an education about how to speak to people? Why are you there if you don't make a positive effect on office? Cold hearted with bad attitude. Shame shame
