List of Bernard Weinstock's Reviews
I thought Dr. Weinstock was a decent enough doc - especially for this tiny town. I enjoyed my visits there. He used a skin test to nail what some of my allergies are, but I wasn't allergic to anything on the test.Unfortunately, he hacked the living daylights out of my right side turbinate because I kept complaining that I can't breathe. Now I have empty nose syndrome and still feel like I can't breathe. Honestly, this is standard fair for alot of ENTs to screw up - at least in my experience. Had he just said, I should send you for a CT scan with a radiologist to just check what could be the matter, I would have been down with that. That being said, if you are a fighter who needs an ear injury drained or have a broken nose, this dude loves jiu jitsu and MMA. He's been a ringside doc. So check him out, cause I'm pretty sure he's your guy for this kind of stuff.
Honestly not happy with the procedure Dr. Weinstock did with my nose over 2 years ago. It did not fix my issue and only after the procedure did I learn he took cartilage behind my ear which led to a huge scar to develop behind there which has led to all kinds of issues with that ear.
My boyfriend went to Dr Weinstock with a plugged ear that was preventing him from hearing. The debris and wax in my boyfriend’s ear was so compacted that it required a small drill to loosen it before it could be removed. The procedure was painful but effective and my boyfriend can now hear perfectly from the ear that was treated. He is so satisfied with the results of the procedure that he now wants to get his other ear done.
I had 2 Cholestoma (Ear Surgeries)with Dr Weinstock over 10 years ago.The Doctor is straightforward and tells you like it is.Not the best bedside manner, but professional in his field.Removed Cholestomas and improved my Ear issues for many years.Started having issues once again and I am not sure if I should see him after all these years after seeing some of these reviews.Looking for good ENT Doctor in Santa Maria.
Dr. Weinstock is very patient with children and did a great job with my son!
Excellent all staff is very people friendly and Doc is great professional as is his staff.
Not happy with the procedure I had done 2 years ago. Did not fix the issue with my nose (didn't even do x-rays beforehand) and he took cartilage behind my ear without telling me beforehand. This led to huge scarring to develop behind my ear which makes it difficult to put things like earpods into my ear on that side....
Dr. Weinstock diagnosed and treated my ear problem when two other doctors mis-diagnosed and mis- treated it. He was also able to urgently get me in and followed up with appointments to ensure it was cured.
Dr. Weinstock considered my son's condition thoroughly. He was very honest in his address of us, and how he would proceed, and he would use any resource available for the best care. I would go to Weinstock for ear, nose, and throat issues immediately. I really appreciate his honesty and his integrity, from the time I talked with him. And he went out of his way to schedule my son's surgery quickly. His staff were clearly busy, but dedicated and considerate. I love the office decorating too
Dr Bernie as he asked me to call him is one of a kind. Genius would be understated. Word is he advanced two classes in his childhood as he was too clever compared to the other kids. I have nothing but praise for the way he diagnosed me. The questions just rolled off the mouth and by process of elimination after 20 or so yes/no answers he asked me to do just one specific blood test (I'm self pay no insurance) but he was spot on. Treated and fine. Experience and brains. This guys is a computer.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
