Since arriving in Lompoc in 1983, Dr. Bailey has been my physician, He is a wonderful and caring doctor who takes the time to know his patients as people. He is warm, friendly, but highly intelligent and can deliver 'bad news' in a manner that takes a lot of the sting out of the information. To me, he is everything a doctor should be and a physician who quickly earns the patient's trust and affection.
