Sheppard Peng's Online Review Report Card

I have a long history of ENT problems in my 70 years. With all honesty, I have never had a doctor with such experience. His caring & compassion are so appreciated. The Lompoc community is so blessed to have such such a fine doctor!

My wife was coughing and wrongly diagnosed with bronchitis. Then I was seen by Dr. Peng who, unlike the previous doctor, took the time and effort to diagnose the issue correctly, and he provided a treatment plan that worked! Thank you Dr. Peng.

Dr Peng is kind, thorough, and honest. He has the unique ability to explain what's going on so you can really understand, without too much medical jargon. He gave me confidence that all would be well, and I really needed that. Paola, his Medical Assistant, is very comforting and personable as well. Best MA ever! (She needs a raise for being so awesome! 🤗) I was so frightened after my sudden hearing loss but because of the trust Dr. Peng instilled in me I always left the office with hope that all would be well. Having finished my last treatment today I feel like shouting from the rooftop "I'm so lucky to have found Dr. Peng!!!!!"

Everyone we encountered thru this office was incredible. My mother was treated by Dr Peng for the removal of a very aggressive squamous cell carcinoma on her forehead and I was very concerned. Never has our family felt better about her care. Communication, including the compassionate listening part, was so appreciated. I would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone.

I wanted to share my recent experience at Dr. Peng's office. The staff is very friendly and professional. The front office and back office staff spoke Spanish, which is my primary language. Dr. Peng explained everything in great detail, which helped me leave his office feeling like I received the best care.

Best doctor on the entire west coast. I had a septa plastic on my nose. My nose looks normal and I can breath much better. I don’t trust anyone else.

Had surgery on nose - outcome is great. Very happy with results

Quiero agradecer al Dr Peng q hoy me dio de alta les voy a compartir un poco de mi historia hace 19 años tuve un accidente medio de esa accidente mi lagrimal empezó a taparse y duré todo este tiempo con doctores q solo me daban gotas por q ellos me diagnostican q es infección pero no seguía con el problema . Y hoy estoy muy feliz por q la cirugía q me realizó el Dr Peng fue un éxito y estoy curada recomiendo q cuando tengan un problema parecido como el mío el es el doctor pueden tener toda la confianza q los va curar

This wonderful doctor fit my son in for a referral from his pediatrician on the same day to remove a stud earring that was stuck inside the middle of my sons earlobe, my son was in pain and ran a fever bc the ear became infected, Dr Peng is such a kind soul and was our first time seeing an ENT doctor here in Lompoc. Dr Peng is a fantastic ENT doc. The office staff were all wonderful too! Its nice to know they're some great physicians here in our little town. Update on my post, Dr Peng phoned me today 02/28/22 to check on my son to see how he was doing, another great reason why he is truly a caring, and remarkable doctor and human being. Thank you so much Dr Peng.

My father saw Dr. Peng for an ear problem that turned into a serious infection. Dr. Peng treated it quite aggressively due to the possibility of it becoming life threatening. He wanted to admit him with an antibiotic IV, but we declined, much to the dr's unease. We followed every instruction to the letter. Dr. Peng reminded us of how serious it was. We were treated respectfully and professionally. My 101 yr old father is home and free of infection. We are quite thankful for his service here in Lompoc. He's a great ENT Dr.
