Very companionate and thorough in her exam and suggestions

Dr. Fletcher is a wonderful doctor. She always takes the time to respond to any of my questions or concerns about my health. I always feel heard and never rushed. I'm very glad she is my doctor.

Dr. Fletcher is the very best from approachability, professionalism, being informed, compassionate and caring. Our entire family are patients of hers and although we each have our own relationship with her we all share our praises for her. She helped me navigate the medical world when my husband was very sick and has always been available. She's very responsive on my chart when I need a question answered and it is helpful in managing my appointments if I need to see a doctor right away. Life is just better knowing she is there for us.

Dr. Fletcher is very thorough with her findings and any question that I had. You can tell just by listening to her she is passionate about helping people. I am glad that I am one of her patients, she really shows she cares about your health amd comfortable with your visit.

INCOMPETENCY! I completely agree with previous 1 star reviewer, Alyssa. This office is completely incompetent! I don't even know if anyone actually works here! Everyone you speak with on the phone gives you the run around and all providers are "not available" or "all booked up." I was referred here by a specialist because I needed a PCP clearance for an upcoming procedure. The specialist's office (provider who referred me) sent over an order for what was needed and I was informed that I would be contacted by the office of Abigail Fletcher, M.D. Well, days went by and I hadn't received any communication from this office. I called them and they claimed I needed a referral - as a PPO insurance holder, NO referral is necessary to see a PCP. This is common knowledge! The person on the phone claimed they had no record or order. The person on the phone seemed irritated. Had to contact the specialist's office and tell them a referral was requested by fletcher's office. The specialist's office was very confused with their request as a referral was NOT needed. They sent over a referral right away and again, I received zero communication from Fletcher's office. I called them again and was informed that they would NOT see me because Fletcher was "all booked up through the end of the year." This was the first week of August, and you're telling me all the way through December 31st is all booked up????? Then, the person on the phone (who was extremely rude with an attitude!) tells me, "Well, you can call back on Friday and see if the September bookings are open. Just call back on Friday or next week." So, first I was told they were all booked up through the end of the year, then I was told to call back on Friday and see?????? What kind of answer is that?!?!?! I would never even attempt to see Fletcher or anyone else in this office after this experience! Who knows if they are really booked up or not and the people in the office are completely incompetent! Rude, rude, rude!!!!!!!!!!Had my surgery today, you know the one they couldn't clear me for because they were "all booked up." I'd never recommend this office or this provider! They put my family through so much unnecessary drama over their refusal to see me and completely lying to us over the phone multiple times!

Dr. Fletcher is a wonderful person - kind, caring and an excellent clinician. She took all of the time necessary to answer my questions and I appreciated that.

I truly admire the person that you are and the doctor in you is honorable. The attentive to our family concerns deserves immense thanks. Sending over our most humble and heartfelt thanks for your immense care and comfort during our care.

Listens carefully, gives choices and solutions, does not give feeling of being rushed, covers all issues, friendly and nice to talk to.

Wonderful Doctor. She is kind, friendly, and always explain everything to me in a very clear manner. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Fletcher has been my primary care physician for almost 20 years. She is an excellent doctor!
