Acuity Eye Group - Long Beach's Online Review Report Card

I'm relatively new to Long Beach and was delighted to find Acuity Eye Group just a few minutes from my home. Dr. Grant is very good and his staff is friendly and efficient.  Wait time can sometimes be a little long, but I am grateful for the excellent care!

Dr. Lee was very friendly and personable. She explained in details what is going on and options . The staff are friendly as well , I highly recommend her if you are looking for an eye specialist

It was a great experience. Dr. Grant and the staff were very professional, informative and pleasant.  They took care of my son who is four and is scared of any doctor appointments. My son will need to wear glasses for a little bit but will see Dr. Grant in four months to see if it's improved.

They are very professional, I went there for an appointment for an eye allergy. The staff is nice and they greeted me first thing when I arrived. They have a clean environment as well. The doctor they have was professional and he listened to everything I said and he made sure he knows my full situation. I recommend this to anyone looking to have their eyes taken cared of!

They are professional and they take their time to listen to your situation. They greeted me nicely and treated me with nice hospitality. I got the right prescriptions I need and Im on my way to getting better

I've been going to Acuity for about 4 years. Had services in about 5 of their locations. Always a very friendly and helpful staff. They make sure all your questions on services you are receiving are answered.

This was my first time at the Acuity Eye Group Long Beach facility. The office was cheery and the staff was kind and accommodating. I had all the tests I needed to be taken right away.  Doctor Grant was thorough and asked me if I had any other questions/concerns and stuck around to hear them. I didn't feel like a number! There was plenty of parking and signage. I would recommend this facility.

I my wife here at 1:00. I was tired so I rested in our van untill 2:00. I went and was told she was waiting to see the main doctor.Then 40 minutes later, still waiting. Then the big guy comes in. he asks my wife, does she know why she is here. i asked him why he was asking her as she doesn't have eye testing gear etc. He got mad and walked away.The problem is that after being with Scan for months, she never had her glasses checked. So her lenses are failing.Then three hours plus driving for nothing.Shows how messed up the whole system is.This idiots did a whole series of tests without checking her glasses. PATHETIC

Let me give you some back story was referred to Dr. Grant after I changed jobs and of course Insurance. It took maybe a good 2 months to get an appointment for my son who had a lazy eye. 3 months later my son had Eye surgery to correct the lazy eye. Dr. Grant you are phenomenal and heaven sent. This Dr. Did what I waited over 4 years for another Doctor to do. He is efficient, professional, and courteous. I will forever be grateful . The great impact on my son's eyes, you did that. A million thank yous. Hands down

I love everything about the practice. From check in to check out. The staff as well as the doctors are great. In addition, the wait times a very short. I was in and out within an hour and a half. I had two tests and an exam.
