Had an appointment two weeks prior, mind me the appointment was rescheduled due to a mistake of and assistant. Images and x rays were taken a month and advance. When I had shown up to the second appointment the Surgeon was very sarcastic and unprofessional. He was not prepared at all, asking questions while making me feel uncomfortable. As soon as I realized he wasn’t going to take me seriously I responded as he did. He looked at me and told me I could choose any surgeon I wanted and didn’t need to be here. Am also taken this issue straight to the medical board since he thinks I have all the time in my life to take this as a joke. Please don’t come to this center, you will be disappointed and also let’s you know how they treat people by the way the center looks by the outside very unkempt and unclean.

I can’t thank Dr. H. Joseph Naim, MD, FACS and his amazing staff at the Long Beach location enough. In just one year, I’ve lost 179 pounds, and it’s truly changed my life. From the beginning, Dr. Naim provided clear, detailed guidance on what was needed to be successful. He made it clear that l was in control of this journey, and that mindset made all the difference. Dr. Naim isn’t the type to sugarcoat things. He’s firm, direct, and yes—even a bit curt at times—but that’s because he takes this work seriously. He expects the same dedication from you that he brings to the table as a highly skilled surgeon. He doesn’t waste time, and he doesn’t let you take this lightly and that’s exactly what I needed. His staff is incredible, very knowledgeable, organized, and supportive. If you’re willing to trust the process and let them guide you, you’ll not only lose the weight, but you’ll gain a new life and a new sense of self. This has been the most transformative experience of my life, and I’m forever grateful to Dr. Naim and his team.

Dr. Naim is an amazing surgeon. I have nothing to say but thank you so much for your amazing job. I had a gastric sleeve surgery about a year ago in my whole entire time on my visit appointments, He was always attentive to my concerns, great sense of humor no matter how tired he is he always give the best of him. Again thank you Dr. Naim and thanks to the great team you have at the Long Beach office. I’m very happy now after losing more than 100 pounds thanks to you, Dr. Naim.

I had gastric sleeve 4/23/24 I am now a year and 1 month post op Down 110 pounds from my highest weight Best surgeon ever couldn’t have asked for a better one My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner ❤️❤️ If you’re thinking about it, this is who I recommend

Dr. Naim is an incredible surgeon. Very open and honest about any questions you have. I had zero complications. And I have no real visible scaring. I'm a year out of sleeve and I've managed to lose 175lbs. Naim staff are very kind, informative and supportive. Even after the surgery they are still so supportive and always willing to help. I just want to take the time out to say Thank you to Dr.Naim and his lovely staff for giving me a new life I never thought would be possible to even have.
