Dr Tsai is an amazing doctor, brilliant and kind. Dr Tsai’s staff is very efficient, and caring. My experience with Dr and staff has always been fantastic !

It is always a pleasure to visit this office. Everyone is very sensitive to the Covid-19 protocol. Dr. Tsai always has a smile and listens to your concerns. Only complaint is the outrageous parking fee.

I resonate to Dr. Tsai's no-nonsense, direct approach. He leaves you with surgical options and explains the merits of each.

Dr. Tsai is a great doctor and very patient. I would highly recommend. I had a total hip replacement and it went great.

Contrary to another review I have read, Dr. Tsai treats each case independently and appropriately. In my case, in 2009 Dr. Tsai surgically repaired my left knee. Now he is treating the aftermath of surgery performed by another surgeon on my right knee in 1980 when it was thought that a removed Miniscus would grow back. It did not and now I’m developing arthritis in that knee. He has suggested that I may be a candidate for knee replacement in the future but in the meantime, he has been giving me Orthovis shots every six months. These shots have allowed me to participate in regular workouts that have increased movement and decreased pain in that knee. As a result Dr. Tsai recommended on my last visit that I did not need the shots at that time and to call if the pain and stiffness returned. With his treatment, I have regained mobility and had a reduction of pain WITHOUT SURGERY! I call this a win! Thank you Dr. Tsai!

This is the first time Ive documented in Yelp. I suffered for three months in pain, because he did not want to prescribe strong pain medication. While speaking with him in the hospital I cried and cried; he just stared at me. While in physIcal therapy (still crying due to pain); 3 nurses asked me wasnt I given strong pain medication, I said no. They said thats awful. I would never use him again. Also, some staff are rude!

I was very pleased, with the outcome cf my third, knee injection.  I have degenerative arthritis , and connective tissue disease. So, to cope when the daily aches, pain and stiffness begin to restrict me I get cortisone shots. The last cortisone injection ,In my right knee worked immediately, the relief was instant! My last shot, was just plain painful, and no pain relief. While, there was discomfort during the shot, at the same time I felt the  medication working. Ive had cortisone shots in my neck, back, knee, and feet. So , I know when I have a good trigger shot, and when its painful  and wasted . Dr.tsai, listens, and responds to concerns, and is respectful,of patient choices.Dr.tsai, cares  about his patients comfort regardless of what appears more convenient. I really appreciate dr tsai!s gentle , yet straightforward and honest approach  .

I have seen Dr Tsai three times. He is thoughtful, kind and brilliant! I had seen three other knee surgeons in that practice and they were dismissive, talked down to me and had a God complex. I will continue getting Orthovisc injections until I decide to have him do knee replacement surgery
