If you want a doctor's office that you can't get in touch with by phone, unless you leave a message, this is the place to go. Doctor's are great, staff acts like they are doing you a favor by just speaking to you.

I have a condition call lactrophobia.. Which is a severe, extreme fear of doctors, nurses, any type of healthcare situation, the building just the thought of going anything related to that causes me to have panic attacks, and it is a horrible thing to go through... Now..Let me say this.. The very first time I went to this clinic, I was at total ease, never had.I had such a comfortable peaceful visit with any health care facility syntax was a very young girl at the age of 12.I'm now 55 years old.. I'm grateful for this clinic and its entire staff, doctors, nurses, perceptionist, you name it, they are wonderful people, caring thorough, I wouldn't want to have to go anywhere else. I have to say this as well if you had a bad experience at this clinic.In my opinion , you would have to have been the cause of that.. So I would appreciate it if you wouldn't say such ugly thing about these people.In my opinion , you are not telling the truth about the situation.. That is , if my opinion .. I love knowing that when I have to go to the doctor it's going to be here. I want to thank everyone from the security guard at the front door the receptionist in the front office, the staff in the back, nurses.And yes, you wonderful doctors.Thank you for being who you are and making it so much easier for me to come get help when I need it 😊

I suffer from a condition known as latrophobia.. Which basically is the fear of any and all healthcare providers and the building itself anything to do with that field.. My visit very first visit here was so peaceful.Calming, it was such a relief to experience A visit to a doctor without the anxiety.. Thank you very much to all the staff.They were amazing from the front door to the back.. I now look forward to getting to go and see my new doctor and all the people there..

Dr nababi is the worst doctor ever he doesn't care about hearing you out one time I was so sick with cough I was actually worried because it last for about 3 weeks so I went to see him and he didn't even take a look at my chest didn't evn evaluate me at all and sent in a prescription how can someone trust their health with a doctor like that

The doctors and staff is very nice ! The doctors office is clean the wait not long and they do phone call appointments also which is helpful .

I been going to Long Beach location for many years the first fr I had seen was Dr Meena when I used to live in Long Beach then move to cypress then Fullerton I still go to Long Beach location and I been seeing Dr Nabavi he is excellent Dr caring compassion and understanding such a positive vibe that I can feel from him, and all the staff that works there are sweetheart and so good to see Alma the front desk girl is still working with this location , and she has been there for many years also . This is the only location I like to go to due to good Dr and the staff . Even tho my drive is close to an hour with traffic but it’s worth to drive to see a good Dr I would give A+++ for this location Thankyou all for such a wonderful and hard work you all do

May 28, 2025 Wednesday 8:45 AM horrible place horrible employees horrible doctors. He didn't even check me. He just gave me a referral without checking.I give this place a do not come to this place ! when you're signing out employees just stare at you we're the one that have to say oh we're done

Dr Mena is the best, I drive 60 miles round trip, she is amazing she cares about you and she's genuinely Doc

My doctor is Dr. Meka, MEENa and she is amazing. She called me up and asked me what happened at the hospital the next day. She asked What she could do for me, what the problem was and answered my questions completely. She also gave her phone number to my sister for immediate service. I really think she's the best doctor I've ever had and this is good when you have major issues. However, the front office is not accurate. I've asked them to do things and they don't or make a mistake regarding it. This has happened several times where they didn't do the right thing after I asked for something. You may have to wait in the waiting room for a while, but Dr. Meka is excellent & worth the wait. The three stars is because of the front office.

Today, 06/24/2024, I had an appointment at 8:45 am. I went early, at 8:30 am. No patients were in the clinic. I think I was the first patient. After me, a patient came, a nurse came and called him, and he went in. Later they called my name, a nurse told me Tracy, the nurse practitioner will be with you shortly. I sat for almost 30 minutes, and the nurse closed the door, and no Tracy. I heard patients are coming and going. Then I went to the front desk and told the front desk that you put me in that little office for almost 30 minutes. I told them I would like to talk to their doctor. There is no doctor in this clinic. Every clinic I went to has a nurse partitioner. If do not like, maybe your appearance, they will ignore you. before I told the nurse who was helping me that Tracy was a nurse practitioner. I said nurse practitioners are not doctors. I don't know what this nurse told Tracy. I complained to the office manager, and she said Tracy was with an 8:30 am patient. I do not think Tracy was with 8: 30 am patient. I have been going to this clinic for a few years. Each appointment lasts no more than 5 to 15 minutes. I think the problem was I said something about the nurse partitioner, and they interpreted something else. They ignored me. I was trying to get my blood pressure medicine. They are careless. if you think this office cares about your health, think again.
