Well outside of the crazy delays which were not any fault of the people supplying care for me today. I want to make sure I mention that every single person that was taking care of me today was extremely nice and helpful. So thank you to Long Beach Memorials staff. A+ for the attention and care you provided. Long day for sure but I think sometimes you have to just be patient and go with the flow. I cant wait for some time to go by and see what differences might have been made by my back surgery. Hoping for the best.

I went to the facility because I had recently had surgery and I had a drain inserted. I noticed a lot blood coming from where it was inserted and I wanted to make sure I hadn’t somewhat pulled it out. I was concerned about infection because I am a Type 1 diabetic. The only thing they did was take a look at tell me it wasn’t out too much and try not to move around too much. They didn’t clean the area nor did they put a pad to try to secure the tubing. When I got home home there was blood running down my side with both dried and wet. I had to clean the area and place some pads and medical tape to try to make sure the tubing was secure. I will NEVER go back there. I’d rather drive the 40 minutes it takes to get to Torrance Memorial than go back to Long Beach Memorial Hospital again.

Way better then any other hospital within a 50 Mile Radius go here its the best hospital trust me .. also I was born here

Do not go to a hospital where they have infected workers that cant be replaced.. Vaccinated or not.. Its about covering the shift.. And covering up the fact that they dont care about employees.. Or the customers.. They only care about the numbers... Your health is just business.. Fake people will be exposed.. They take advantage of anyone that doesnt know their rights..I would never step foot in this horrible facility even if I was on my death bed I would refuse... Lies with diagnosis and in turn will keep you sick so that you never get better so you rely on them never healing.. Do not trust this system.. Its killing more then saving.. Save yourself.. Keep out.

On September 19 2021 the receptionist who transfer shift early morning at 6am is so impolite No respect her age about 28 to 30 years old. My dad was waiting since yesterday for 10hours to call in and waiting for the blood test result until morning my sister saw the receptionist who just coming in morning shift and she asked her to update about the result but she reply that “ I don’t have time to check for you” and act doesn’t care about her asking that’s so jerk and not acceptable to this lady she got pay by hospital to help the patient she should not work in this position if she she can not control her self then my sister asked another lady her age about 40 to 50years old she’s so nice and helpful she told my sister and explain very nicely thank to her

You can tell that they are VERY understaffed by the way their employees look. And I’ve noticed the staff wears 2 different colored masks. Are they pointing out the ones without the vaccine? I feel like this is discrimination against their own employees that have been on the front lines thru this whole pandemic and now they discriminate? Some of the employees are super nice and friendly but others looks defeated and just way over worked without any help. This use to be a great hospital goes money at the top is more important than their doctorsnurses all the way to their shipping and receiving dept

“I’ve been doing this for years I know what I’m doing” “If you want a second opinion you can go to another hospital” “No other doctor is gonna come in here and tell you what YOU wanna hear”

Review for heart surgical staff and ICCU. Amazing staff attentive and always with a smile.  Care was optimal.

Had my 2nd daughter here at long beach memorial hospital i was so nervous to go in especially with all the cases of covid19 going up nd wasnt sure if i was able to go in since i didnt have my vaccine with all the information i recieved abt the vaccine made me get mine i had the best care that i needed nd made me feel safe bc all the nurses that helped me thru my labor all the way to my lactatation help nd discharge did Excellent work thnk you once again to all the NURSES 👏👏👍👍

I had to wait in a line for 4 hours just to get a ring cut off I think it’s terrible for people to wait this long to get something done
