Not even get to see doctor around 1 year. Had an appointment that the person told me she will get back but never call back. Need change my PCP after being treated like this.

BAD NP My experience with NP, Kim was horrible. She is VERY unprofessional!!! Had a scheduled telehealth call regarding prescription refill. She asked me what she could do for me today (I would think she should already know this since I made the appointment for refill). I told her prescription refill. Then she asked me what prescriptions I'm taking. I think that's a ridiculous question because it should be right there in my chart. So I questioned her....shouldn't you know what medications I'm taking? Isn't it in my chart? Then her tone changed to very rude......she said I asked you if you were taking you medication every day (which she did not ask me). I was losing my patience at this point with all this and things got heated....... she said I will not refill your prescription and then she hung up on me. I'm definitely going a new doctor!

I have been coming here for years and not only have they made me feel very welcome and cared for, they have also kept me very healthy. When I first came with high blood pressure, Dr Chaudhary worked with me to give me good plan to deal with my issues, while giving me referrals to other doctors to check out my problems. I have going here and I keep getting the same caring attention, and when I come here I am given full attention and I feel my health has been very positively affected by coming here.

Nurse Practioner writes up WRONG Referrals, is incompetent, does not see patients paperwork, inaccurate paperwork!! See Rate of 1 and 3 says it all. Have been unable to see Dr in person in year??? Patient requested MRI to Review old CT? Dr C only Rating 3?? I, Rated 1, filed Grievence with Scan/Optum, Nurse Pract does not review patients record, gives wrong Referrals. Patients/patients needs IGNORED!! Dr never available!! Schedule appt to see Dr.C. Dr not in Office? Very difficult to work with inefficient office staff, Filed a Grievance against Dr. C and unacceptable Office issues

I've seen this doctor on and off for years. I've always had amazing service from the front desk, nurses, and the provider herself.

Is you're a patient of Dr. Kerry (Wyche)...don't waste your time coming here. They DO NOT DO WALK-INS even though their websites all say they do & their name is actually Long Beach Walk-In Medical Clinic! They say they stopped doing walk-ins due to Covid...but they haven't noted that anywhere on their websites for 15 MONTHS?!! They Do Not answer phone They Do Not return messages They turn you away at the door if you 'Walk-In' Their online appointment system will only let you make an appointment in 3 1/2 MONTHS! Don't waste your time...this staff & the supervision is HORRIBLE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE YOU WON'T GET TO SEE A DR. HERE.

A wonderful doctor. I have had the good fortune to be connected to Dr. Chaudhary, by chance, through my medical insurance when I moved to Long Beach five years ago. This was truly a blessing. She is thorough and professional in all aspects of my medical care. She has basically kept me healthy for our entire association.
