Archna Chaudhary's Online Review Report Card

I have seen Dr. Chaudhary for over a decade now, and she is a great physician. I have needed to see several specialists, and she always has me prepared with necessary labs and imaging so my time is not wasted. She and her medical staff are great diagnosticians which you cannot put a price on. Do I have to wait sometimes? Yes, but only because every patient is given the necessary time to address their issues. Through Covid, there has been some staff turnover, but that's everywhere. Patti up front is awesome. I can call on Friday and she will actually remember to follow up with me on Monday. In my opinion, Dr. Chaudhary and her staff are excellent. You cannot put a price on caring, and they care.

As a new patient they took me in really fast!!! The new patient paperwork was also a lot shorter than other places. I came about 30 minutes earlier than my appointment and they still took me in. The nurse practitioner (very personable) also saw me even tho I didn't finish my paperwork. Basically I was attended and given the opportunity to finish my paperwork after. It was only my first visit but it was a no BS feeling, I got my referral, I was in and out very quickly!!! 👍👍👍 FYI for those that don't know (after reading some comments). A nurse practitioner PA isn't just a nurse, they are basically Doctors!!! Way above an RN in education, and that's no joke either! So you are getting top quality care if thr PA sees you. I felt nothing but professionalism from her.

The day of the PAP smear Archna Chaudhary told me she usually doesn’t do PAP smears and literally bluntly said she doesn’t like to. I felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed the whole entire time. I honestly wanted to walk out and just go get it done by another doctor. I mean what exactly is her job?!! I highly recommend you go somewhere else. The front receptionist aren’t very pleasant as well.

Always see Charlotte when I go in and am helped by Brenda at the front desk. They're both wonderful, remember me, and are very friendly and supportive. When I had an urgent but non-emergency issue they were able to get me a phone/video visit in the same day. Usually they don't have immediately available appointments but I don't think I've never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. I will say I've never met Dr. Chaudhary but as long as the office continues providing exceptional service I don't really care. Thank you!

I had a good experience at this office and will be recommending to my friends and family if they ever need it.

Is you're a patient of Dr. Kerry (Wyche)...don't waste your time coming here. They DO NOT DO WALK-INS even though their websites all say they do & their name is actually Long Beach Walk-In Medical Clinic! They say they stopped doing walk-ins due to Covid...but they haven't noted that anywhere on their websites for 15 MONTHS?!! They Do Not answer phone They Do Not return messages They turn you away at the door if you 'Walk-In' Their online appointment system will only let you make an appointment in 3 1/2 MONTHS! Don't waste your time...this staff & the supervision is HORRIBLE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE YOU WON'T GET TO SEE A DR. HERE.

She is the worst. she completely read my ekg wrong and said i had several heart attacks in the past and refered me to a cardiologist. after running several tests the cardio dr said everything was fine and that the dr read my ekg wrong. She caused me so much trauma she doesn't deserve to practice medicine. Be warned she sucks
