So irritated! Came all the way here which is a hour away just for them to tell me they ran out of the supplies to do the exam. Wow

Friendly staff and fast service. Angela has been extremely helpful throughout all my visits.She’s literally the best! I would definitely recommend!

I made an appointment for annual check up for Saturday and got there to find the office shutters down. WTF is the point of setting up the appointment if the office is closed??? Then they have the nerve to email and call the following day, stating that I missed my appointment. Fuck this place with a rusty screwdriver.

Horrible service. Never pick up the phone. Need medication and they said it would be sent that day and it wasn’t sent. Completely careless about their patients

A bit of a wait but it was the first visit for me. Once I was in, the service was friendly and went quickly.

They never answer the phones, when they set you up an appointment they still have the audacity to make you wait a whole extra hour. And the ladies who answer the phone are rude

Slow 330pm appointment for a physical turned into a long long wait if you come here plan on bringing dinner or lunch. Not impressed. I guess you pay for what you get. I would not recommend if you need to be some place.

Horrible service, instead of calling me to tell me that my insurance was not open because of a holiday, they made me wait 45 minutes for a return phone call while I was at work and had taken off 1 hour for my phone appointment. Now after rescheduling the appointment 2 days later "to confirm my insurance" they did not run my insurance or do anything and I had to wait another 45 minutes for a phone call appointment.. after telling the receptionist or nurse all my symptoms I was experiencing in detail, the doctors first question was so what are you hear for... like he did not read anything I had explained 5 minutes before. After my appointment with the doc, I was suppose to have a follow up call to schedule another exam. I left a voice mail a few days later requesting contact information for the follow up, no response. Finally got ahold of home 3 days later after I called 3 times. The first person I spoke to took down my info, then put me on hold for 15 minutes, the next person who answered had no idea who I was and had to take down all my information agin and then put me on hold for 10 more minutes just to say, you will receive a call Monday. Never going back here agin and I advise to never go here if you can.
