I have tried to visit this place twice this week for 2 different occasions and both times it has been closed early,even tho it says they are open until 9 pm .

Telecare. No point coming in if you're trying to see a doctor face to face. Further, impossible to call out get ahold of. Had an issue with prescription and called multiple times in order to check on it. No answer regardless of the multiple times called and no room on any of their directories in order to leave a message. Would not recommend.

The equipment is extremely outdated, they don't even give discharge instructions or information after the visit. I was very upset with their services when it came to denying me care when I have private insurance! They said with private insurance, you can't visit twice in one week even if symptoms are worsening or has not gotten better! That's insane! The only urgent care I've gone to that's pulled that stunt. Also, when I went to give a urine sample, someone else's urine was in the restroom! Very gross! You put your urine in a table in which can be mixed up with someone else's. Please update the whole urgent care with renovated equipment!

This office needs to do a better job of educating their staff on Medi-Cal. Was told I needed to pay $100 because supposedly my daughter had a share of cost. I am fully aware of the SOC that I have but if you look at the aid code chart from DHCS themselves, it shows she has full-scope. So they would've charged me for no reason. I almost stayed because it was my last resort as her primary doctor was not available today. Will not be back unfortunately. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming just frustrating when staff isn't knowledgeable.

I am sad to see this place has a low rating because my experience was so positive and wish everyone on here had one like me. This urgent care office was seriously so great to me. Even after finding out I hadn't met my deductible and had to pay more than I was prepared for I am not even upset anymore. The front desk ladies treated me kindly and got me in quickly. I was lucky enough to see Dr. Allen in person and man, what a blessing it turned out to be. He is such an excellent doctor. He listened to me and taught me more about the issue I came in for and on prevention. I didn't feel rushed, I felt heard, and I felt better about my situation. I am so grateful to him and his team.

This urgent care office is seriously so great. The front desk ladies treated me kindly and got me in quickly. I was lucky enough to see Dr. Allen in person and man, what a blessing it turned out to be. He is such an excellent doctor.
