I made an appoitment , i show up to my appoiment they tell me that they cancel it because it was under a different name of what i needed first of all i never said what i needed to see the doctor for ?!? So how did they know or why was it cancel ?, anyaway!, then when i spoke with the receptionist ; i anked her can you please help me then to get a future appointement sense i didnt got right !, she said no that i needed to go to some other wetside because it will be farther away on when i can get another appointment. Ok no problem i said , thank you !, i will try to so then , and then i told and asker her you know what i am so sorry to bother you but i also forgot my phone at home i do not know how to contact my ride because i had someone dropping me off is anyway please that you called my ride for me please???, she look at me at said no we can not do that!, and then smiling kind of begging her i asked can you please maybe if you have a phone contact my ride for me she said no !!, i said thank you!, anyaway!, i do not know how im going to get home all she said was yeeah ok we about to close ! , so then i walked over 3 miles home over the heat it was 4:50pm today it was hot day i got home my feet were ruing sore, i just needed to share this because i can not believe someone at this office couldnt just take a few seconds to let someone know they costumet the appointment they cancel wichbi check i never recieve any cancelation it needed help to get pick up !....

Great Experience Beautiful office and kind staff. The doctor was timely and explained everything thoroughly. I would recommend this office & Doctor to friends and family.

Dr Rivas delivered my baby only because she was the doctor on call that day. We had never met, and I was ok with that, but she was pretty terrible. She didn’t talk much, just stood by and watched until the baby was about to come out, but when she did talk it wasn’t kind. I was just chatting trying to make the time pass, and anytime she chimed in, she was condescending. The other nurses and *male student doctor she brought with her (asked my permission for him to be there when he was already in the room, and I specifically didn’t want men in the room) were all kind and having a normal lighthearted conversation with me. Dr Rivas may as well have rolled her eyes at me while I was talking about my friends birth experiences etc. She also recommended I get my baby out using a vacuum since he couldn’t clear the pelvis. I had been doing lots of other positions but she made me lay on my back then was surprised the baby couldn’t come out? It was dumb. I was stressed and she said I’d George if I kept pushing, so I agreed to the vacuum. She didn’t explain what it meant, so proceeded with the most painful, insane thing and I tore badly. I felt it and the stitches even with pumping epidural throughout the process. Strongly don’t recommend, please push for calling your regular doctor.

Office Visit Dr. Rivas made eye contact with me during our conversation which is really important to me. She let me voice all my concerns and didn’t interrupt me which made me very comfortable. Thank you for being so intentional during my visit.

In Office Visit From the front desk, nurse and doctor, they were all so kind and welcoming. Dr. Rivas was very patient, understanding and listened to my concerns and provided feedback and resolutions.

Dr. Rivas is patient, friendly, takes her time to answer questions, knowledgeable and thorough.

Satisfied Patient Ease of appointment. Minimal waiting at designated appointment time. Clean office environment. Friendly staff. Exam with Dr Rivas didn’t feel rushed and she took time to address any questions. Quick follow-up on test results.
