I took my 86 year old mother to get her eyes checked. The wait was over 2 1/2 hours. No explanation. My appt. Was at 9:30, and she wasn't seen till after 12. She also has dementia and they wouldn't let me stay with her. The stuck her in a back room for hours with no one letting her know what was going on. I had another appt. At 12 with a pulmonary specialist, which I had to cancel. The office staff was no help. They didnt even bother to let anyone know there was a delay. I wont be coming back.

I took my mom, 86, and the wait was 2 1/2 hours. No apologies, no reason for the wait. They wouldn't let me come in with her, and she's got dementia. The stuck her in a room by herself for over 2 hours. She was upset and confused by the wait. I will never, ever go back.

Dr Norman is PHENOMENAL!!! I had a detached retina and he fixed it. No hiccups. I've had a few follow up visits and all is very well. Very little pain. Dr Norman and his staff are always friendly and caring. If there was an option for more than 5 stars he would get them. Highly recommend Dr Norman for your retinal needs.

There is no better Dr. than Dr. Brent Norman.you may have to wait longer in his waiting room but you then Get the very best treatment. I would wait all day. He has saved my vision.

The wait is too long, don’t matter if you are on time or early, still have to waiting at least 1-2 hours before you can be seen by Dr Norman. The staffs are even worst, they are rude and criticizing, do not respect patients. All of them need to have manners training. Even though I’ve gotten 2 laser treatments from Dr Norman, but I am not going back and won’t recommend to anyone.

Dr. Norman is simply the best! Ok, so you have to wait a little longer in his waiting room to see him but it's a small price to pay to get treated by the best eye doctor in SoCal. It's been two days since he operated on my left eye. I had a Vitrectomy and the removal of a Mascular Pucker and I'm feeling great and already seeing a lot better. Thank you Dr. Norman!!!!!

Dr Norman diagnosed my problem and set a course for action. The only issue I have with going to him is he is so busy that the wait to be seen is horrible, but it is well worth it.
