Dr. Carrie Fields has always acted very professionally at all the visits I have had with her. She is proactive in finding health problems and suggesting how to take care of them. She found that I had a heart murmur at my last visit and recommended further testing.I would recommend her to anyone as a Primary Care Physician.

Wow! Dr. Carrie Fields has always been an amazing doctor! My first experiences with Dr. Fields was she was the doctor of my 1st born child 28yrs ago! She was amazing then very thorough and caring! Fast forward to me needing to see a doctor and Im paired with Dr. Fields she is still amazing and caring and Im happy to have her as my Dr. Thanks Dr Fields for making me feel comfortable💛

Dr. Fields was excellent. She listened very well. Gave good suggestions and helped me navigate severe back pain and gave great advice. I trust the doctors at Memorial and she's one of the best!

Dr. Carrie Fields is very accommodating and explain to me everything with clarity. A strong personality but has a good heart. I met her for the 3rd time to follow up my health issue and she is trying to hep me lower my cholesterol and give me some tips or advice on what she thinks may help me. Even if she is busy with her work she had time to informed me about my lab results and everything though yeah, its natural... find her easy to talk to. Thank you for the service .
