Missed diagnosed me

Terrible doctors office, terrible phone receptionists. So rude and unwilling to help. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Terrible service and desk receptionist. Unwilling to help or answer questions appropriately, LUCY was awful. Meet cutting me off and refusing to even hear my inquiries let alone answer them. I called back and spoke to a Carlos and he gave me the answer that it was too hard to bill my insurance so they couldn't see me even after I was told they did take the insurance I have.

I called to inquire about a specific treatment. They were not sure if they did that but said they would look into it. I called back later and they said they did not do that specific treatment, and had forgotten to find someone to refer me to, but would find someone. I made an apppointment since I needed a skin check anyways. I arrive for the appointment at 8:45 am on time and took a seat. Two people came in after me, with one coughing productively like crazy. Noone checked our temperatures which rather concerned me as a friend of mine told me he contracted COVID in this office last year. After I had waited 35 minutes they called the cougher back to an exam room. I waited another 15 minutes, feeling uneasy about the coughing, and decided that was long enough so I left at 9:35 am. At 11:30 am I received a call/voice mail from Kimberly, who said they had left my file somewhere on the counter and forgot about me until they found the file at 11:00 am, 2 hours 15 minutes after my appointment/arrival time. Almost comical but sure a poor way to run a business.

Yes he is quick but answers all your questions and will go indepth to explain things to you. He's very professional and also very kind. In a few visits, Dr. Feibelman has been so helpful and explained everything I wanted to know about the medication creams I was being put on, to my skin condition and how the medication will help my skin. I had these itchy bumps for several weeks and now they're gone. I'm so grateful I found Dr. Feibelman and I'm satisfied with my treatments I have had so far.

After reading about the Dr. I got very excited but my experience with him was very frustrating. He dedicated less than 10 minutes with me for the 1st visit and I feel that he didn't acknowledge me, he didn't hear me, he was in a hurry, he didn't consider my concerns. I felt under pressure with his impatient to get out of the room. He scheduled a procedure with me and I was hoping he was going to give a focused attention... Again, in a hurry. He was polite and cool, but I definitely hated the way he conducted that. I didn't even see his face when he left. He did it very very fast. I'm not going to go back to check the procedure's results. Looking for someone else willing to hear me, see me and respect my situation. I would never suggest this Doctor to nobody. I will not be back there. Assistants were very cool but the doctor spending less than 10 minutes to check me out and about 20 minutes for the procedures in 4 of my cists was beyond disrespectful. For sure I will have to do it again somewhere else... I know my body and he thought he was going to know my body in less than 10 minutes better than I do... My hair dont grow longer for 22 years, falling off like crazy every day and he said that was nothing, giving me the temporary Rogaine for treatment. I want real treatment, from inside out... Thank you for nothing.

Ok, so I have this rash on my wrist that I can't get rid of and I look for a dermatologist on Yelp. I find Dr. Feib and read a few of his 5 star reviews so I pull the trigger. I call his office and speak to a pleasant lady who says they do not have any availability for another month or so. I tell her that I will go ahead with making an appointment when she suddenly asks me "where u at?" I tell her I'm in Lakewood so she says, "can u be here at 2:45?" I said "hell yeah!!" and it's about 2pm. I get there about 2:30 and I am pleasantly surprised with the decor and the nice ladies. I fill out some info and they take me back to the exam room at 2:41 or so. I'm asked a few questions and BAMM!!!!, Dr. Feib walks in at 2:45!! What a day!! Looks at my rash, gives me some cream and I out at 2:53. Great fun staff, Doc is super cool!! I report back in 2 weeks and if this rash is gone, I'll say he's the best dermatologist in the LBC!!!
