Dr. Gritchen is always so helpful and shows she cares. The nursing staff is always so great too! Bedside manner, especially with children is so important. You can’t fake that. They definitely care about their patients. The staff and team at MemorialCare really make the effort to make sure you’re taken care of and feel like you’re heard. We love it here!

We have seen Dr. Gritchen since our oldest was 2 years old. She is now 10 and I cannot quite express how grateful I am to have her as a trusted adult in my children's lives. Dr. Gritchen has always been very attentive and thorough with our appointments but I was blown away by her ability to connect with my oldest now that she is in adolescence. We covered topics such as nutrition, friendships, puberty, stress, sleep all in her well child checkup. We never felt rushed and we feel that Dr. Gritchen genuinely cares about her patients' well-being. I am so thankful to have her as a resource and it is clear that she is passionate about her job.

She has been our pediatrician for many years… my kids love her

They say first impressions matter. I won't know here, since the appointment I booked for this pediatrician in July to establish care and qualify my child's enrollment for preschool, was bumped to October with less than a week's notice, without reason. The doctor could be off playing golf for all I know. The cancellation negatively impacted our child's eligibility for preschool, because the state rightfully requires childcare centers to document health screenings for pre-schoolers. It shouldn't take 4 months for a pediatrician to perform a routine check-up that urgent care facilities provide to adults in 20-minutes and sign a 1-page evaluation form, but we were treated like a number and found another pediatrician.

Doctor Gritchen is always very professional and can answer any questions I might have. She gets back to me on a timely manner if I have to contact her after the visits. Over all she is a great doctor.
