The best doctor I have had. She listens to all my concerns and addresses them. I'm in my 80's and she has helped me with my medical concerns. As a male, Catherine is the first female Doctor I have had full time. Very satisfied.

It was some time ago, but she referred me out to see another doctor. I didn't really feel she took my symptoms seriously and the excuse of her referring me out didn't feel genuine or sincere. Hopefully she is providing better care to her patients because unfortunately, I didn't feel provided for at the time. Thank you!

This Dr never gave me the time of day. Every time l needed something she would tell me no. She is letting her staff do all her work for her and they are so uneducated they can't even call in a Rx right. She has so many patients that she has no time to take care of her patients

DR. Gentleman's the nice Dr. To visit, very efficient & caring ! I have a Handicap placard, tks. To Her ! Walking is painful & takes all my energy & it helps so much to park close to the doors ! I wish she was a Vet too!

My sisters doctor has been Dr Gentemann for a long time. This past year my sister battled ovarian cancer and Dr Gentemann was her biggest support. She was so caring and empathetic, listened to her needs and tried to help her by going above and beyond with whatever she could to accommodate her needs while she went through the worst time of her life. I had a doctor back in Temecula that was the opposite and gave up on doctors two years ago after a very bad experience and a near cancer diagnosis for myself when I caught something was wrong and my doctor would not get me the ultrasound needed. I was just a number. So after having a mass removed and multiple tests done because I'm just not feeling well, I decided to make an appt with Dr Gentemann. She's just as lovely and caring as she was with my sister, with me. I trust her which is a rare thing for me since I've seen multiple docs that didn't really care I feel. She's kind, patient, doesn't run you out of the office and spends time asking questions to really understand the source of the issue in order to treat it. I feel very lucky that I was introduced by my sister after going to her appts with her and can now call her my primary physician. Her staff is awesome too! I love Helen and my experience has been amazing!

Where do I start? Dr. Gentemann is one of the best primary care doctor I've ever had! She's been my doctor for at least 8 years now. Besides being so kind and sweet, she is so attentive and truly listens to your needs. She answers all and any questions you may have. She is also VERY knowledgeable. I highly and truly recommend Dr. Gentemann. And her staff is amazing! They are also very nice and attentive. I also never feel rushed when I see her. And I love that!!! Thank you Dr. Gentemann and thank you to her awesome staff!

Worst Doctor I have ever seen in my life! because of her incompetence my health issues lasted longer than necessary. She is completely unprofessional - laughed at my health concerns to my face with my family present. She doesn't care about patients or anyone's health. Terrible attitude. She got upset at me because I informed her about about CDC guidelines she was unaware of. How can you be a "doctor" and not be aware of CDC guidelines??? She shouldn't be a doctor at all. She truly doesn't care about people at all. She didn't show compassion for my health, and didn't assist me with anything regarding my health. I would be DEAD if she was still my doctor.

Worst Doctor I have ever seen in my life!!! She is degrading, and dismissed all of my health concerns. Didn't care about my health all. I had severe health issues and she did nothing - absolutely nothing - to help me. She told me not to message her through My Chart. WTF?! If I am not supposed to message my doctor through my chart, then why do I have the ability and access to message ALL of my doctors through My Chart??? None of my other Doctors ever told me NOT to message them through My Chart!!! She is completely unprofessional. She laughed at my health concerns to my face - and I had family members present that witnessed her unprofessional behavior. Most unprofessional "doctor" I have ever seen. She shouldn't be a doctor because she proved she truly didn't care about my health. She has a snotty, terrible attitude, and got angry at me because I informed her about CDC guidelines that she was unaware of. How can you be a Doctor and not be aware of CDC guidelines? I don't believe any of her five star reviews are real, and I would never trust this "doctor" with my life ever again. Thanks for your "help" Catherine! Because of your incompetence my health issues lasted much longer than necessary.

Worst Doctor I have ever had in my life! She doesn't care about her patients, she doesn't care about people, or the health care industry. She laughed to my face about my health concerns with my family present. She didn't assist me with any of my needs. She has an extremely terrible attitude, and shouldn't be a doctor. She acts like she doesn't want to talk to you, acts like she doesn't have time for you, and doesn't show any compassion for your health needs. I would seriously be dead if she was still my doctor.

Dr. Gentemann was very patient (no pun intended) with me and she listened to my concerns. She took the time to explain everything and she answered all of my questions. Dr. Gentemann is a very caring and knowledgeable physician. Her staff was friendly too.
