I have been a happy patient of Dr. Chris Gornes for many years. She is the most gentle, comprehensive, knowledgeable, prompt, and supportive primary care physician that I’ve ever had in my life of many decades. She really listens to hear and understand. I feel safe, seen, and supported by her and the entire UCLA team with my healthcare needs. Moreover, her office staff is friendly, quick, knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. I recommend her to everyone looking for a primary care doctor. Dr. Gornes is always on time for appointments. The longest I have had to wait to be seen by her or another physician in her office is a handful of minutes. Dr. Gornes takes action promptly. She is quick to run tests, make well thought out suggestions and treatment plans, and incorporate specialty care quickly without numerous follow-up visits with her. Plus, I can schedule virtual visits with her when I can’t get into the office. The UCLA office where she works is beautiful and modern. The staff quickly checks you in, makes follow-up visits, and provides wonderful printouts of the visit notes and follow-up care and upcoming appointments. Lastly, the entire UCLA system of doctors annd hospitals is fully integrated online with the website and app, MyChart. I have access to my appointment schedules, visit notes, test results, specialist names and contacts, and medical history at my fingertips. The app also will call my doctor or specialist and get address and directions at the push of a button.

Highly qualified doc who is also a good person. Listens well.Good sense of humor. Staff is professional, helpful and courteous. Office is clean, well equipped and tech is new/functioning.
