New patient to Dr. Wu , I can't express how comfortable and confident most of all very happy I am being her new patient. Dr. Wu expresses her concerns and shows care for me right off the back. Extremely happy coming from one great Dr.. to another I feel very blessed. Staff is awesome, very patient, understanding , professional but most of all caring. Looking forward to continue my care with Dr. Wu and staff. Thank you ❤️.

Claimed that my doctor ordered blood and TB test. She did not. Will be contacting my insurance company and medical board to contest any charges. Obvious money grab for those who have insurance. Problems ever since City of Hope acquired Pacific Shores. Joya C. De Foor, JD

Dr. Liem always takes the time to explain the details of my treatment plan. He always assures I understands exactly what the next steps are. The nurses are always very friendly and give me excellent care. Thank you for making a terrible situation a little more pleasant for myself and my family. I will always be grateful.

2nd visit and they are late again. They just bought out the last infusion center who was never late and it’s disappointing. This center thinks I have nothing else to do today but sit around and wait for them. Unfortunately this is where my insurance says I need to be. 3rd visit. Appointment at 8 am and it’s 9. Sitting here waiting for meds that won’t be filled until the doctor decides to show up. They told me the doctor would be here at 8:30.
