Cynthia Miller-Dobalian's Online Review Report Card

This is the worst office I have ever called. The receptionist are so unorganized. They had given my dad an appt for today over the phone because of Covid still not seeing patients in office. I had to call to see why I hadn’t gotten a call from the Dr. they didn’t even have my dad on schedule. Worst office I wouldn’t even give them a star but I guess you have to. But I would give them a 10. So unprofessional.

If I could leave 0 stars it would still be a compliment. Office staff is HORRID, had to do their jobs twice in the last two days all while suffering from an infection. Their fax machine doesn't work apparently because my insurance company faxed them twice with me on hold. Plus when I actually do get to the the doctor I get the sit in room alone for AT LEAST an hour before the doctor comes in. I can't believe I didn't change doctors sooner!

Dr. Miller was kind and attentive. However, the office staff is completely incompetent. They cancel appointments and do not notify patients. They have no sympathy for the inconvenience they cause because they do it all the time.

Dr. Cynthia Miller is ver thorough and attentive.I went to my first visit and she listened and I believe we'll work well together in figuring what care plan will work best for me.

She seems nice enough, I've only seen her once and have been having issues reaching her office for a follow-up. IF they answer the telephone, expect to be on hold for at least 20 minutes. Again, she seems nice, but her staff sucks.

Dr. Cynthia Miller-Dobalian (her married name, she shares a practice with her husband Dr Dobalian) is a kind and competent dr. However her practice and the office staff are beyond incompetent. Wait times for appointments often exceed 3 hours. The staff is neither knowledgeable nor professional. They seem bothered and annoyed anytime someone calls or asks for help in person or at the office. ALL of their medical records and just general office info is still on good old fashioned paper files, not that that is necessarily and indicator of a poorly run practice, but honestly in this day and age its a pre-historic way to run a medical office and their efficiency (or lack their of) is proof of that. If you are hoping for any sort of actual attention to your medical issues in ANY sort of timely fashion look for another dr/medical office. If Dr Miller and her husband would just fire their entire staff and hire an office manager who was capable of bringing the office into the 21st century their's would be a practice I could recommend. Unfortunately with the incompetent and rude staff that they have hired taking care of even the smallest of medical issues is almost impossible.

Dr Miller-Dobalian was excellent at diagnosis and helped me to get on the road to recovery. I had been given the run around and was very sad with the response I had prior. I changed groups, but know that if you speak ill of another dr you may not get care at all. I initially felt that I was going through the motions, but she did not. Her care and intelligence cut through the guff and I owe her a great deal for how she treated me and for her diagnosis that she backed with a proper test.

I have been with Dr. Miller for 2 1/2 years. I am constantly frustrated of her wait time, over 2 hours and when you finally get in she takes about 10 minutes to give your physical with numbers and no explanation. Her staff takes 1 to 2 weeks to returns calls. She has also dropped her days in office to only 2 per week. Not a very good primary physician! A headache just trying to get through to the office and her service is very poor.

I wrote a review about Dr. Miller's office about 10 months ago. She has always been a wonderful doctor and she still is...But in my last review I complained about her staff. Well in my recent visit I realized that all new staff has been hired. They are all very kind, professional and helpful. What a difference a good staff makes. Thanks ladies.
