Good Morning. Just had the best experienced @ Memorial Care with My Doctor name Sunaina Sehwani and her assistant Denise & Scorra Even the admitting clerk was so kind, patient and I could feel they were genuinely concerned about my well being. I was in & out. I haven't had a Good doctor like this in a long time. Woman to Woman I promise you she made me feel so comfortable. For the women that just want to be sincerely cared for see Doctor Dr.Sehwani. She is the Best. If it wasnt for Covid I would have Hugged all 3 of them. Thanks you guys.Sincerely Tammy H Barnes
I love this facility and Dr. Pham, my primary care physician who is the first doctor I saw at this location. I love it so much that I've now gotten connected with a great OBGYN (Dr. Livingston), a pulmonologist (Dr. Johannes), and a podiatrist (Dr. Angarola). It is great to be able to see all of my doctors in one facility, but the thing I love MOST about this facility, in addition to the excellent staff, is how accessible the facility is. I am disabled and fat and usually have issue after issue when trying to get medical care. Not here. Here they take great care of me, have accommodating equipment, and everyone is respectful and compassionate. I am SO fortunate to have found this practice!
I was attempting to make an appointment with Dr. Phyllis Oster because she came highly recommended. I was led to one person who transferred me and the call was dropped. I called the number directly only to be on hold for a very long time. They give you the option of a call back number. After 2 hours, someone called me back, only to place me on hold, and then the call disconnected. I receive a voicemail, which means they must have placed me on hold to then dial my number again and the person who left the voicemail doesn’t leave a number and doesn’t attempt to call back. I still haven’t spoken to anyone. I do not care to deal with any doctor at this place when there is absolutely no way to get through to someone. Why is there a wait time of 2 hrs just to make an appointment? This service is horrible and poor reflection which is why I am choosing someone else.
My OBGYN is Dr. Karm. I first met her in 2019, after I changed healthcare groups from HealthCare Partners to MemorialCare. She has excellent bedside manners. Very attentive and non-judgmental about any questions or concerns I had at my woman's wellness exam. In 2020, right before the COVID pandemic, she performed surgery on me and was very thorough in explaining the process from pre-op to post-op. My sister drove me to and from my surgery and was so impressed by Dr. Karm's attention and care, she also became one of Dr. Karm's patients! My latest appointment was this past week at the Douglas Park location. The check-in was very fast and efficient in the lobby with temperature check and a new mask; however, when I reached the 2nd floor, it was a little busier than I expected and it was not clear where I was supposed to further check in. Three other women who came in after me stood around and were checked in before me. One of which had her name called twice before she arrived in the lobby, which was strange.Anywho, other than logistics, and this is probably attributed to the COVID pandemic, I highly recommend MemorialCare. I'll update should my opinion change after my upcoming mammogram. If anyone is looking for a good OBGYN, consider Dr. Karm. This one is a solid recommendation, ladies!
Today was a big disappointment in a new facility. I wasn’t expecting to be treated badly just to schedule a doctor’s appointment for my aunt at suite 200 in the rheumatology department. I was very kind to the front desk staff even after she was rude. She didn’t bother looking at the paper I filled out & just repeated the same thing to me without being patient or helpful. I hope that management can take care of that because as I was leaving, she was more excited to gather with her co-workers at the front desk to chat & look at their phones.
They take a very myopic approach to women’s health. Their focus is on preventing and supporting pregnancy, and nothing in between. Birth control pills are not the only option for gynecological issues, however this office treats the female body this way. Additionally, they do not make women feel heard or validated when they express that they are in physical pain. This place is an embarrassment to modern female health care.
Dr. Weber was very comforting, professional and prompt. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I’m so grateful to him and all of the staff.Lisa, my nurse, was AMAZING. I was so anxious going in but she made me laugh and gave me such great information to calm my nerves. I can’t express how much I enjoyed having her around. Hoping she’s there next time I go in.
Rude . Dismissive . Why are you even a doctor if you don’t want to help people .
Had an appointment at 11:00am didn't get called until 1pm. Was told even though I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00am the wait for me would still be 2-3 hours because they already had patients. What's the point of appointments in the first place? And why actively schedule patients to that time if you say there are already patients waiting the same time? It's not like there were lots of people in the waiting room either, it was practically empty. I don't know if there was only one doctor there or something but it was very uncalled for. Talked to other patients who also had appointments for their scheduled times and had to wait also about 2-3 hours, some waited and others just rescheduled. Was there for about 4 1/2 hours in total, and after I was seen, I went to schedule my follow-up appointment, the receptionist just rudely interrupted me in the middle of me talking and told me have a seat I'll call you up and had to wait an extra 5 minutes. Didn't like the experience at all, the doctor was quick, and nice enough but everything was off putting.
This person has the worst bedside manner of ANYONE practicing medicine I have ever met. He did NOT give his name/occupation at our first visit, he sat on the patient bed (WHO DOES THAT?!?), degraded the actions of his superiors (ACTUAL CERTIFIED DOCTORS), undermined/questioned their actions and treatments of my condition, ON TOP of accusing me of being a drug addict ALL AFTER KNOWING ME FOR A TOTAL OF 30 SECONDS. If he comes in to see you, RUN!!! I would give less than 1 star if it was possible!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
