This is the worst office I have ever called. The receptionist are so unorganized. They had given my dad an appt for today over the phone because of Covid still not seeing patients in office. I had to call to see why I hadn’t gotten a call from the Dr. they didn’t even have my dad on schedule. Worst office I wouldn’t even give them a star but I guess you have to. But I would give them a 10. So unprofessional.
The receptionist on this office are so unorganized they don't care about patients. I've never experienced this bad of service from any other offices. My dad is unfortunately seeing this dr who we have not seen in person everything has been over the phone. But this office is a joke they really don't take patients seriously. Yesterday we had an appt to talk to the dr for my dads results which we were waiting for a week to speak with him. He wasn't even in the schedule when they had given me the 18 of May to speak to him. So unprofessional they shouldn't even be seeing any patients, this office should be close. This is the 2nd time they have done this scheduling "mistake". I will not recommend this office to anyone. You will end up in the ER to get medical help when it could of been prevented if the dr and the whole office would actually do there job, and take patients seriously. RUN AWAY from this office.
If it wasn't for the insurance having to go to this Dr? no one chooses to go Dobalian. It seems the colonscopy is mandatory. very low opinion. The $ seems to be the only driving factor in his office.
My father unfortunately was referred to this stupid and cheater doctor from his insurance. In spite of the bad reviews we went to him thinking there would just be a minor stomach issue. This doctor told my father to have colonoscopy at Coast Plaza Hospital Trust me this hospital is also the worst hospital i ever went in my life and his office staff told us insurance wouldnt cover it as he is now a physician provider. We paid out of the pocket a huge amount just for this colonoscopy and when we got the results i asked the office staff for the colonoscopy pictures for my record and the office assitant kept yelling at the phone that we dont keep pictures ask the hospital i insisted them to get from the hospital them self and hand it over to me she literally kept banging the phone without listening and did this same thing 4 times I went to hospital and shockingly came to know that this doctor didnt took any pictures Now i dont even trust the diagnosis

very kind and helpful. available for me and my wife during a dark time. allowed me to ask as many questions as i wanted and gave clear answers. very patient
ZERO starsMost RIDICULOUS staffing. It's March 16, 2020 and I'm STILL waiting for an authorization letter I asked for TWICE since September 2019. So called "nurses" loose your documentation and forget to let the doctor know about appointments. You're better off curing yourself or finding treatments elsewhere- faster too. They make your appointments weeks/ months into the future only so the doctor can see you for a few minutes and walks out of the room. You can be mid sentence and he still walks out. He says "he'll be back" but NO. A nurse then comes in with a "follow up" appointment. And that's it! I've had to go to ER rooms and/ or small clinics to receive actual treatment. And let me tell you, they have given me far better attention and service than my own doctor. Honestly, avoid this place.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
