For one they never answer the phone. Tried to email them they never answer that either. Doctor cancelled on me and that’s the only time i received a call from the office. Rescheduled for an appointment at and tried to call ahead of time to reschedule because i was sick and they didn’t answer. They don’t even bother to check in to see if you are even coming to your appointment. Have called numerous times, and all I hear is a few rings and it saying to leave a voicemail. It’s very hard to get in contact with them. Will be looking for a different dermatologist.

My visit to Dr Billips office was pleasant. I made my appt online and filled out all the medical history paperwork online too. My wait to see Dr. Billips was about 20 mins. The office was neat and clean. Dr. Billips was pleasant and professional. She explained things clearly.

I also like the fact that I didn't feel rushed and I felt that she was also very knowledgeable and she took her time. Amazing and knowledgeable, I'd been having issues with my face for over a year and went to another dermatologist and my face got worse. Dr Billips knew exactly what it was as soon as she saw me and now my face is improving tremendously.
