Dwayne K. Logan's Online Review Report Card

I had cataract surgery on both eyes on August 9th and November 8th, respectively. Both visits were fruitful with outstanding results. I can see better than ever and I noticed the improvement in my eyes immediately; clear and concise which I had never experienced. I am thankful for Dr. Logan's expertise, professional and caring attitude toward me as a patient. His surgical staff were equally caring and knowledgeable. I would recommend Him to anyone.

My experience with Dr. Logan was super awesome. I came out of the exam room feeling that I've been taken care of. He's a good listener. He's caring and genuine. I'll be definitely coming back for my next eye exam. Thank you Dr. Logan.

I rarely write reviews unless I had a terrible experience that I have to get it out of my system but here goes. This is not my first visit to Atlantis Eyecare. I’ve been a patient here for about 20 years. But this time I noticed that something has definitely changed. I was pleasantly surprised to see smiling faces greeting me making me feel at home when I checked in for my appointment. I could get very irritated if I’m not seen within 15 minutes of my appointment time but the office manager was very pleasant in explaining to patients in the waiting area that today’s clinic is running a little behind and offered us water or self service coffee making us feel at home. Dr. Logan is top notch, caring and genuine. That is why I’ve been putting up with subpar customer service from the office staff, like the rude customer service you get from most fast food places these days except for In-N-Out or Chick-Fil-A. Atlantis Eyecare has definitely become a Chick-Fil-A in customer service(patient care). Good job!!!

Atlantis Eyecare Long Beach is welcoming and clean. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Their selection of frames and lenses are great. I got my pair of prescription glasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. I’m more than satisfied with the service and products I purchased. Good job!!!

Almost 3 years after my lens replacement surgery, and thousands of dollars of up sells later my vision is worse than it was prior. No wonder my HMO dropped them.

Dr Login performed surgery for me replacing my lenses with bifocal lenses several years ago. The day after my right lens was replaced I was able to pick up the newspaper and read it without glasses. That was special for me. I was impressed that while I was awaiting my surgery the nurses working with me sang praises for their pleasure working with Dr Login. I tell all my friends about my positive experience.

I had my LASIK done by Dr. Dwayne K. Logan around 19 years ago and my vision is still perfect in my later 40s.  He is caring and genuine.  I would definitely go back to him if I ever need a cataract surgery.

The reason I choose 1 star only, was I made an appt, only opening was in two months. I walk into the eye doctors office, and both rooms, is packed full of people. For an eye doctor ? how long is the wait I asked, 2 hrs the most she said.I reschudeled. Dr Logan says I need to have a growth cut from my eyelid. Hands me a paper says call this women she is in charge of the docts schudele. 6 days of leaving messages, finally 7th day she calls. Tells me that because oif my insurance, there is only 1 place to go, for what date I asked : March mid month. I would a plastic surgeon by then, Rose or Rosa, was rude I filed a complaint.
