I went to the urgent care experiencing stomach pain. She seemed very agitated that I came into urgent care instead of going to my primary. I told her my primary did not have an apointment until 3 months from now. She said my stomach pain is not a sufficient health concern to come into an urgent care. I told her my syptoms and she kept insisting that I had symptoms that I didn't have. I felt like she was not listening to my concerns and that she was talking at me like I was a child. She was very unsanitary by using the same ear cover probe for my ears, nostrils and she hovered it over my tongue. She was very rude and unsympathetic. She is not "SIMPLY BETTER".

We had such a pleasant experience with NP Ornelas and memorial care urgent care. My son has the flu and we were seen immediately, his care was outstanding. This is actually our second time seeing NP Ornelas in Urgent Care. A few years back my daughter sprained her ankle and was also treated by her. I remember thinking then how compassionate and detailed she was and thought I should've written a review then. Five star review, better late than never!
