I was hospitalized four days at Long Beach Memorial for a torn hip flexor . The staff at the hospital set up an appointment with this doctor and he informed us that I should call his office for an appointment for a steroid injection in the pelvis. I called him over the next four days and only got an answering machine. Finally on the fourth day at last a receptionist answered the phone. She told me that even though the doctor had agreed to treat me that I needed a different level of care. Basically he just didn't want to administer the injection. So he kept me waiting in excruciating pain and didn't feel my care was worth his time even to notify me. Even after the physician at the hospital informed him of the horrific pain I was suffering. He let me to endure the pain when I could have made an appointment elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this person to treat anyone you care for. Callous and indifferent, a disgrace to his profession. He also practices under two different names. I leave it to prospective patients good sense to figure why

I suffered from knee pain for almost three years I had an arthroscopic knee surgery two years ago to fix a torn meniscus . Dr.Hajaliloo is the only doctor that actually helped solve my pain. The procedure was short and simple it took less than an hour. In less that a month I was back to running on the soccer field. His staff are super nice and so is he himself. I have never felt my knee this good in the past 10 years.

Worst Staff ever at the Torrance Office. I give them a ZERO if it were available. The RN yelled at us for coming to an appt with out imaging when I had previoualy called the office and asked if I needed anything for the followup appt 2 yrs later.... Dr. H also ordered an xray for my 3 yr old that no one in the south bay radiology dept's were able to perform...LOL. I went to 3 Radiology places including TMMC and none of them knew what the heck the dr wanted....Then when I went back to the office with my 3yo son totally frustrated and asking for some help, the RN standing at the door-barring us from entry said...."Wow..rolled her eyes at me....made fun of my frustration and told me to call my PPO insurance to find out where to go" and shut the door! I reported her the the LB Mem patient advocate...clearly they don't care either...no fu on that call and the lady I spoke to was so apologetic....very weird. And I asked the LB Memorial for a callback from him to discuss his horrible staff and he never called me. I am an Acute Care NP and I would not take my animal at this office...STAY AWAY What a joke! Save yourself an immense about of pain and abusive behavior from nursing staff at the torrance office and go to CHLA in Torrance on Torrance Blvd who actually know how to treat kids appropriately!! Best place-they do the rays right there, doctor's are professional and courteous and know pediatrics.

Dr. Haj has been seeing my kids for years for various athletic injuries. They like him a lot. He has performed knee surgery on both of them. Visits before surgery and surgery all went great. Initial post-op visits were also helpful. Later visits (6 months post) were not very helpful in guiding the rehab or checking success of the surgery.

We went in for a visit for my child and at first we felt that it was going to be a good visit. The Nurse was amazing, friendly and helpful. Dr Hajaliloo is sweet but he is always in a rush. The wait time in the waiting room was longer than the visit with him. The first visit felt ok since he just checked he knee and asked for an MRI and walked out of that door. The result visit was bad... The wait again longer than the visit and when we went in, he didn't even walk in the room, he stood at the door way with the door open and gave my child her results. He said: Ok, I see the radiologist report but I do not see what he sees, you are ready to go back to playing sports. My daughter sat there upset, dumbfounded and emotionally upset because she was in pain. When she told him " Why do I still feel pain?" he said well if your still in pain then physical therapy and if you still feel that way then surgery. Walked out the door rushing to the next patient. I am not sure if he is overly booked, if he is limited there or if this is just the way he sees patients like Cattle. We went for a second opinion at a different hospital and the visit was amazing. We saw the Dr for 30 minutes, got 3 options for care and more knowledge on her injury. If your looking for a quick in and out. Dr. Hajaliloo is the right Doctor for you, we need more of a committed physician who cares about his patients.
