Dr. Haj has been seeing my kids for years for various athletic injuries. They like him a lot. He has performed knee surgery on both of them. Visits before surgery and surgery all went great. Initial postop visits were also helpful. Later visits (6 months post) were not very helpful in guiding the rehab or checking success of the surgery.

We went in for a visit for my child and at first we felt that it was going to be a good visit. The Nurse was amazing, friendly and helpful. Dr Hajaliloo is sweet but he is always in a rush. The wait time in the waiting room was longer than the visit with him. The first visit felt ok since he just checked he knee and asked for an MRI and walked out of that door. The result visit was bad... The wait again longer than the visit and when we went in, he didn't even walk in the room, he stood at the door way with the door open and gave my child her results. He said: Ok, I see the radiologist report but I do not see what he sees, you are ready to go back to playing sports. My daughter sat there upset, dumbfounded and emotionally upset because she was in pain. When she told him " Why do I still feel pain?" he said well if your still in pain then physical therapy and if you still feel that way then surgery. Walked out the door rushing to the next patient.I am not sure if he is overly booked, if he is limited there or if this is just the way he sees patients like Cattle. We went for a second opinion at a different hospital and the visit was amazing. We saw the Dr for 30 minutes, got 3 options for care and more knowledge on her injury. If your looking for a quick in and out. Dr. Hajaliloo is the right Doctor for you, we need more of a committed physician who cares about his patients.

Dr Haj performed my shoulder surgery. I’m brand new!

Excellent physician and surgeon. Haj performed surgery on both of my shoulders over a period of five years. A great job and made my life much more productive. He also performed arthroscopy on my right knee (meniscus tear). I was in and out, as with both shoulders, a few hours later and was my old self in a matter of days. A friendly, honest guy and a solid office staff.

Dr. Hajaliloo,. Is the best by far very professional sweet and kind ,. He really listen's to your needs. I could barely walk and know I can jog I received the Hydraulic acid injections,. After the first injection the swelling when down and I was able to walk right away..Thank you so much ...Yvonne Gallegos- Montoya

I wish the internet and Yelp! were as prevalent as they are today back in 2004 when I first had met with Dr Hajaliloo......Dr. Hajaliloo and his team left a WASHER inside of my body while performing a procedure. How did he discover this? When he threw my x-ray on the board, saw the washer, and proclaimed "Well, this is embarrasing!" Made it seem like it was no big deal at all, and never removed the washer. After this, he performed 2 unnecessary operations while I was still under my mother's health insurance, knowing she has had medical problems her whole life and a former worker for the State of California with great benefits. The first operation did not work, so he did the second one FAR MORE AGGRESSIVELY! He wanted to try a THIRD time, sending me to one of his "friends" who told me they wanted to twist my foot 45 degrees inward and that would correct my knee, but I would have to walk around like a duck all day.I have been to multiple doctors since that have told me that he would have known that the operation wouldn't work if he took the correct x-rays. Dr Hajalioo has made my life a living hell. Everytime I bend my knee past 90 degrees it dislocates. I walk around daily with the pain of metal in my body leftover from surgery. He is a very bad man, stay far away from him and his shoddy business practices!

Dr. Hajaliloo was pleasant in person but I had a hard time getting to see him while in the hospital. I aske to see him over 6 times and he came only after a phone call was made to our insurane to get a new referral. The responses staff kept telling us was that he didnt feel a need to come see or talk to us because he already saw the xrays. Unfortunetely this made him untrust worthy and we eneded up with a different specialist just to be sure Dr. H was accurate with his diagnosis. i am jealous I didnt get the service this web site claims he gives:(

I cant disagree more from the last reviewer! Sounds like they were upset they didnt get their Oxycontin or other pain medication. Dr. Haj always takes the time to explain what the problem is without making us feel rushed. What I admire about him is that he does not jump into doing surgery if you dont need it. He is very conservative and treats my family as if we are his family. I dont know which planet the last reviewer is from but I felt compelled to tell everyone about how wonderful Dr. Haj and his office is!
