Our experience varies greatly from other positive reviews. We found Dr.Jalali to be arrogant, defensive and impatient. When asking him questions, he became defensive, arrogant and impatient, leaving us feeling intimidated, unsure and without answers. We had him removed from our case.

Did NOT Have A Positive Experience We had the complete opposite experience with Dr. Jalali compared to other positive reviews. We found him to be arrogant, defensive and impatient. Dr. Jalali spoke over us, he did not answer a single question, nor give a proper explanation on diagnosis or procedure. Even more concerning was that his after care notes did not accurately reflect what was spoken and took place bedside. We had him removed from our case at Saddleback Memorial.

Was difficult to get an appointment set, once scheduled (a couple of months out), I never heard back via email or other with instructions or prescription. I called to follow up 4 days prior to my procedure. The person on the line said the notes say an appointment was scheduled but was not on calendar. They said they had to have someone call me back to help me…pretty sure that won’t happen! Horrible experience and service.

Explains procedures and medications well Dr. Jalali is expert in identifying issues. He is comfortable to converse with. Follows up! And makes sure I understand. I recommend Dr. Jalali.

If you’re having gastro issues, Dr Jalili is absolutely your best choice as your physician. I’ve been with him for years and he’s always been there for me. He’s the BEST!

Good bedside manner’s Dr jalali did an endoscopy of my esophagus- it was quick and he explained the procedure.
