Hamed Taheri's Online Review Report Card

Terrible experience with this doctor! Very unprofessional, uncaring, unfriendly! He got upset with me because my cardiologist prescribed a medication and ordered a exam that he wanted to order. He was rude to me and in his words told me to go back to my cardiologist because he was already doing his job like I had done something wrong. He refused to take care of my legs because I had somebody doing his job. Unbelievable, but true! This doctor has no posture of a doctor, no compassion and respect to his clients! NOT RECOMMEND!

Great surgeon, competent and knowledgeable, great location in St. Mary's Medical Center campus. Highly recommending.

I have nothing but good to say about Dr. Hamed Taheri and his caring, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable staff in Long Beach CA. I was surprised at how little discomfort I felt during my procedures, which I’m sure is due to Dr. Hamed Taheri’s expertise in this area and his results speak for themselves. Thank you!

Unfortunately, my grandmother was not able to get the care she needed from Hamed Taheri while at Saint Mary's Medical Center in Long Beach due to the fact that the doctor threatened both her and her relatives to cancel the surgery. This threat came after myself and other family members requested basic information from him on the procedure: 1) WHAT is the procedure being performed? 2) IS she in stable condition to have this procedure?, 3) WHAT is the recovery time associated with the procedure?, 4) HOW will family be notified of the outcome?. Hamed Taheri refused to answer any of these questions, became terse and agitated, said that unless our relative wanted him to speak to us, he wouldn't, indicated he wasn't aware that she had a power of attorney on file, and ultimately threatened to cancel the surgery. He then approached my grandmother and had an undisclosed conversation, and within 10 min I received a call form the OR manager stating the procedure was cancelled. 100% do not refer.

My grandmother has since confirmed to both her nurses and case worker at the hospital, as well as myself and our other relatives that she did not feel "comfortable" with "that man" and wouldn't "trust him" to perform any procedure on her. His bed-side manor is extremely poor, his communication is abrasive and combative, and his overall care of patients is lacking to the point where it's clear he either 1) doesn't like what he does or 2) doesn't care about the people he's taken an oath to treat.

They are the best place for cosmetic procedures. I got my thread facelift done there in just 15 minutes. I will never waist my money in the face cosmetic spa with nurse spending thousands of dollars for fillers. I also got body contouring with Trusculpt 3D as well. He gave me 50% off.  it was a bargain.  I walked out of his office really happy.
