Love my doctor and his staff are the best they listen to you and truly care about you

As un doctor que si se coupe de la salud de sus pacientes no tenia historial clinicoo y con eficiencia me audio gracias doc.

This office staff are great and Dr Mungcal listen to you and doesnt treat you like a number by that he treats you like a person take time to listen to you and takes time to explain everything to you

If there was an option for a negative start rating this clinic would deserve it. The only reason we went here is because the insurance company assigned us here. The staff is rude and clinic is dirty. The doctors and staff have heavy accents and get mad if you dont understand what they are saying. We recently talked with an old lady over the phone with a heavy Asian accent who was extremely rude and would speak over you every time you would start to say one thing. Mind you we just went in the day before which is why only a call was necessary. She was very unprofessional and even after given the respect of listening to her and waiting to speak after she finished  which is common sense or so I thoughtand then repeatingasking a question her language barrier and lack of knowledge prevented her from understanding or even addressing our concerns. We had to talk to her as she was a child. idk if they are not up with the times and dont understand their duties in that clinic but I asked about communication via email to help her understand what we needed but every time she would hear anything on the other line she couldnt stop talking and interrupting. I had to ask her if she was done saying what she needed to say so we could then speak and she could actually hear what we had to say. She said we needed an appointment but also told us she didnt know when we could get an appointment because the dr is very busy. Ummm.. isnt that your job? Seriously cant even do that. Also when asked if she could just follow up since we were waiting on HER to do something and unable to speak with  she proceeded to say after I do talk to the dr. you can call me at 5pm Wtf we just have to call back at 5 when the clinic closes you cant do your job and follow up with patients you dont know when you can schedule an appointment shit what can you do?

My Dr. Mungcal is a super professional. His staff is the sweetest. Elsa is a smart attentive supervisior and his other two assistant are as helpful as can be. I have to change my primary in order to be able to be admitted into Memorial hospital of long beach. I am very ill. Yet Dr. MONGCAL MY PRIMARY has been so much part of my living that losing him would cause me major suffering. Thank Elsa and Dr. Mongcal you and your team have made living and striving to have quailty in life. Nivia😋

I am very ill, my heart was damaged in a hospital. I suffered and am suffering on account of this. I was on life support for over 3 weeks. This is the worst clinic to go to for whatever health reason you may have. They open 3 hrs a day and sometimes they are closed. Don't waist your time seeing this doctor and his so call assistant who's he seeing behind his wife's back. lol

Worst experience ever. Everything isn't organized. Re scheduled so many times, there is no clarity on insurance process, wasted my time and insurance money.
