I have been a patient of Dr Van Gieson since 2002. He takes exactly can of me and my heart problems. He also takes great care of my daughter. You won't find a better Dr. anywhere and his staff are wonderful. Pattie is a great nurse

Recently I attempted to see Dr. Van Gieson for a couple of problems. I had seen him previously for several years. I was referred to his nurse's voicemail and I left a message on her voicemail. I called three times and I left three messages over a two week period before I talked to his nurse. She assured me she would get back to me but four weeks later I have yet to hear from her. I called a final time and asked the receptionist to direct me to anybody else, but she cut me off and said she transferring me to the nurse. I hung up when the nurses voicemail came on. Dr. Van Gieson has isolated himself so well that I have been unsuccessful in making an appointment to see him. It is now March 27, 2022 and a month after my first effort to see him and still I have heard nothing from anybody at his clinic. For these reasons I give him a rating of three stars and his staff, whom he trains, I give a rating of ZERO. I now have a different cardiologist.

Lethally incompetent. I wouldn't hire his staff to sweep hair in a barber shop. Nearly killed me once, not sticking around for #2

Dr Van G is the greatest cardiologist. The staff is great too.

Horrible doctor. Just terrible bedside manner, and did not seem to care at all. My mom visited him with episodes of shortness of breath and weakness and he just totally blew her off. Total appointment time for the consult was 2 minutes. Avoid this "doctor" like the plague.

Dr. Van Gieson treated me at age 47 for a heart problem. I had a stent inserted and have been doing well ever since. He is a superb doctor.

My father highly recommends this Dr. He is very patient and attentive. He so sincerely and friendly, my parents are happy with having him as their cardiologist.

Appt. was for a Treadmill stress test - Dr. and staff were courteous & informative. Dr. Van Gieson was referred by another patient - he will be my go to cardiologist.
