If you value your life then I would not recommend this doctor or his staff to any person. Please beware I am a patient of his on Nov 4th, 2022. I was neglected and ignored by his office. No calls or update on my urgently needed infusion medication -- 17 days of no calls, no update, finally found out no prescription was written or calls made by dr. or his staff. My god!! I am so upset, could someone help me ?? My condition has worsen....

Have gone to Carrillo-Nunez for 20years. Yes at times there has been a wait but ALWAYS he given lots of time. He doesn’t rush you into the typical 5 minute appointment slot other doctors do. He actually will answer all your question and keep testing and examining you to help find the cause. I have multiple sclerosis and he’s kept my stress, vision, ability to walk etc in check all these years. ...

I am a Certified Fraud Specialist and have never experienced a more incompetent office than the office of Dr Carillo-Nunez. I have spent over 50 hours trying to correct a screw up over a year ago. Dr. Nunez personally promised he would fix the screw up, but still over a year later has done absolutely nothing. Showed up on time for my appointment and still had to wait 3 hours in the lobby until I could see Dr. Carrillo Nunez. Also, don't bother calling or leaving a voicemail to their office because they do not answer the phone and they do not call you back. What's the point of an appointment if the doctor doesn't show up and schedule time to see you?

After sitting under the fluorescent lights for an hour in an overly crowded waiting room, I tried to cancel my appointment because the various lights and sounds were a trigger for me. Apparently they overbooked for testing today which was ironic because I didn't even know I was scheduled for testing (I thought I was just going back to get results from my recent Lumbar Puncture and bloodwork). I feel like they can benefit from trying to better understand the patients they are serving.
