77 year old husband fell on hard surface. Thought he broke his wrist. Went into Memorial Care lab for x-ray not realizing you need a prescription from MD. Patient called Dr. Norcross’s office Today (Sunday). Dr. Norcross called back and gave him the necessary prescription. Our whole family has loved and trusted Dr. Norcross for more than 30 years. He has never let us down.

Dr. Norcross has always been extremely patient and takes the time with me to listen and execute the health issues Ihave. I never feel rushed and the front desk and the rest of the staff are amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else and trust him because he has been one of the best referrals I have gotten. My daughter and husband have been going to him also and have the same experience. My low review is not about Dr. Norcross' ability as a doctor or his staff. The staff has always been friendly and Dr. Norcross provided very good care. The problem was with insurance.Basically after many years of being his patient he decided not to take my insurance any more with no warning, or even a courtesy call. I was left with no doctor and 2 months later still trying to straighten out this fiasco..It felt incredibly cruel and unprofessional to cancel a patient who has been going there for nearly 10 years. Really distasteful. When I asked if I can discuss my situation.. Dr. Norcross couldn't even spare 2 minutes of his day to talk with me on the phone. I think that is really not right ..The office said he is no longer taking LA Care plan, but I was already his patient for 10 years. In addition he was listed in the LA Care website as taking patients. Not right. I hate how with Western medical care people are treated like cattle and shuffled around like numbers in the systemThis is why I prefer to work with holistic health care where doctors actually care about the patients, and work on a body/mind spirit approach. The same happened to two other friends seeing doctors at Naples Medical. Truly inexcusable.

Dr Norcross is so caring and knowledgeable. When he's with you , unlike some other doctors, he's 100% dedicated to you and always working hard to find solutions. I really appreciate Dr Norcross and the staff and recommend him highly.

Dr. Norcross is young, well educated and up to date on all new procudures. Nicest front desk and staff and really seems to care about your health. By far the best Doctor I have ever had!! He is extremely attentive to details and truly conveys a genuine care and specialized treatment personalized for you! I used to dread going to a Dr.s appointment, but ever since i switched to Dr. Norcross, I look forward to it!
