Jason Koh, Do's Online Review Report Card

I was hospitalized four days at Long Beach Memorial for a torn hip flexor . The staff at the hospital set up an appointment with this doctor and he informed us that I should call his office for an appointment for a steroid injection in the pelvis. I called him over the next four days and only got an answering machine. Finally on the fourth day at last a receptionist answered the phone. She told me that even though the doctor had agreed to treat me that I needed a different level of care. Basically he just didn't want to administer the injection. So he kept me waiting in excruciating pain and didn't feel my care was worth his time even to notify me. Even after the physician at the hospital informed him of the horrific pain I was suffering. He let me to endure the pain when I could have made an appointment elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this person to treat anyone you care for. Callous and indifferent, a disgrace to his profession

Dr Koh is truly a master of his craft! He has been kind and supportive in assessing my back pain. I am most grateful and highly recommend his compassionate care!

Don't understand why I bother making an appointment here at 3pm and dont get seen until 430pm. Worst waiting time ever! Once the doctor sees you, he is rushed and spends less than 5 minutes with you. Definitely do not recommend this place!

I was referred to Dr. Koh by my primary Dr. for back pain ...It was a very positive experience every step of the way from the front office through the appointment. Dr is very kind, caring,knowledgeable, very professional, on time and not in a rush to answer all my questions! I highly recommend him!

Dr. Haj performed ACL surgery on both of my children (my son when he was 18 and my daughter at 16). He is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. He put them both at ease. He kept us informed and took his time in the operating room. The surgeries were both successful.

Avoid this doctor at all costs! I was given a referral to Dr. Jason Koh by my primary care physician. I made the mistake of forwarding my medical records to him before the appointment. (doing their job for them) I also had to drive 1-1/2 hours to get to this appointment since I take care of my father in hospice care. Arriving a few minutes late I was told that I had no choice but to reschedule over a month away because the doctor was about to go on vacation. I quickly reminded them of how long a drive I had to get to them and that a reschedule is not possible. A quick check with the doctor and the girl came back to say they would not accommodate me (did I mention I am also handicapped?) It doesn't take a rocket scientist to surmise what really happened. I highly suggest avoiding this very pretentious and unethical physician AT ALL COSTS! Kevin T. Adams

Dr. Haj is a great doctor. I brought my son to him and my boy is really particular as to whos who.,but he really liked him. He was fast and to the point. No being around the bush for Dr. Haj.

I saw Dr. Koh in his office at the Orange Coast Hospital for my bulging disk and sciatica. He was very patient and thorough. I also appreciate Teresa, who was very supportive and gave me a great book on spine health.

Dr. Hajaliloo has been a wonderful doctor to my thirteen year old son. He is friendly and has a wonderful bed side manner. He did a wonderful job operating on my son's arm. His office staff is very nice too. I highly recommend Dr. Hajaliloo.

My daughter broke her femur when she just turned 4 and we were out of town so the Doc in Lake Havasu splint it and we drove home ( they had no orthopedic specialist there) so we got back in Long beach and got the best orthopedic specialist in Doc H. He came highly recommended by my mother in law who is a nurse and all the nurses caring for my daughter said he was the best. He has a great bed side manner and was very personable and funny. He made this horrible ordeal so much better. He reassured me and that really made me feel better about her surgery. He managed to set her break without cutting into her and he even put a matching spica cast on her favorite stuffed animal so she felt better about being stuck in one for the next couple months. She healed up perfectly and is now in dance, soccer, softball and gymnastics with no lasting effects. You won't regret seeing him he is great!
