I needed an appointment the day of and I was so glad there was something available, they took my insurance, and it was really close to where I was. It's a nice office, no wait, staff is friendly. I liked the experience there and the care provided was very thoughtful. They take your time with you I liked this doctor a lot

Dr. Tan's approach as a medical professional leaves much to be desired. Throughout my interactions with her, I found her to be desensitized and largely indifferent to my needs. Which, I did tell her during my office visit today; that there was no support from her. Her lack of empathy and understanding made it difficult to feel comfortable or cared for under her supervision. I would not recommend Dr. Tan as a primary care provider or even one doctor visit for anyone seeking a compassionate and attentive doctor. I will be seeking a new PCP and not under Memorial Care as well.

Listens & isn’t pushy about medication treatment Dr. Tan always listens to any health concern I may have. I love how she approaches a medical issue and gives her patients an opportunity to go a non-medicated route to test first and not pushing medication if the patient wants to go a non-medicated route at first.

I am looking for a new pcp and chose Dr Tan hoping she would provide quality, kind, care. I was wrong. She was more concerned with scolding me than hearing what I needed. Unfortunately it looks like this is a common occurrence with her, spanning years and it doesn't look like memorial care is willing to address this issue. I recommend avoiding her

Empathetic, personable, respectful, knowledgable Dr. Jenny was incredibly personable and empathetic. Her kind and genuine nature was balanced perfectly with her medical expertise and care for her patient. She did not sugar coat any advice or concerns but still presented everything with care (which I greatly appreciate!). I was able to have a comfortable and candid conversation with Dr. Jenny about my health. I felt heard and respected throughout the whole conversation.
