Jesse Tan, Md's Online Review Report Card

I have been seeing Dr. Jesus Tan since I was a child and then started seeing Dr. Jesse Tan. Dr. Jesse Tan has performed 2 surgeries on me and I wouldn't have it any other way. They are both great doctors, very attentive and quick to respond with any concerns or questions that you may have. They treat you like family, which is the best kind of care. Their front desk and MA's/nurses are also very sweet. I love their new office! There is more parking and more waiting room space.

Saw Dr.Tan about a month or 2 ago. Great experience, he took his time to see me, he's not in a hurry to get you in and out to see his next patients and the staff is just as wonderful.Definitely recommend him , the wait time in the lobby is 100 % worth it.

Best surgeon in town, very knowledgeable doctor, charismatic and kind. Out front you will find a very friendly staff. The office space could use expansion with upstairs- downstairs since lots of patients love Dr Tan and not enough waiting area space from my experience.

While I can't say I would want to go through surgery again, if I had to, I would no doubt choose to do it with Dr. Tan. Dr. Tan was kind, compassionate, gentle, thorough, and very experienced. My husband and I were blown away by his patience as we went through our list of questions, and on New Year's Day no less. His staff was incredible too. I've been to my fair share of doctors and Dr. Tan and his staff definitely are at the top of my list.

Dr. Tan is an awesome doctor! :) He will go above and beyond to care for you. He is attentive, caring, thorough and immensely talented! I always feel like my ears are brand new after my regular visits.:) You will not find a better doctor!!!

Dr. Jesse Tan and his staff are wonderful! They are organized, caring, helpful and professional. I needed to have surgery and it was scheduled as quickly as possible. All of the testing, pre-op and post-op appointments were scheduled up front so I did not have to worry about anything. Dr. Tan really cares about his patients and thanks to him I am feeling great again!

Wonderfull first vidit too this place. I have been having some sinus/throat issues that I needed tosee more about. I forgot the name of this doctor, but she was very knid and patient with me. She told me about the process step by step and helped me through it. She taked me through it the whole way. The offics is kinda small, but who cares?! Very clean waiting rooms, with nice people. This doctor was a lady, with green eyes, and short curly, dark brown hair. She had a light brown skin, and was VERY amazing. She helped me a lot, and I had a great expirience here on my first appointment. Thank you!

I was referred by my Primary Physician to see Dr. Jesse Tan. Due to Covid 19 pandemic, I thought I was going to have a hard time scheduling for my appointment. But as soon as I received my authorization from my insurance everything went smoothly. Thanks for the help of the wonderful staffs of Tan Head and Neck Center. They were able to schedule me to see Dr. Tan right away. Dr. Tan was very thorough in explaining about the procedure and what is to be expected post op. Scheduling for surgery also went fast. All paper works sent thru email were on time. The whole visit experience was very pleasant. Covid precaution and safe distancing is observed. The whole clinic is very clean. Parking is never a problem. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

My husband and I have both been patients of Dr. Jesse Tan for 7+ years and we wouldn't visit any other ENT ever! We've seen him for regular "aches & pains" pertaining to any ear, nose or throat issue, along with both of us needing surgeries performed, that Dr. Tan has done on both of us. Dr. Tan is our favorite doctor by far, and we wish he could take care of us for all of our medical needs! His bedside manner is so professional, yet he is so nice and patient with each of us, never rushes us when in the exam room and he listens to every concern we have, which makes such a difference to each of us. His office staff is the same way, they are so professional, yet they are so kind and patient with every client that comes into the office. We found Dr. Tan from another one of our doctors so we knew he came highly recommended. We will admit that sometimes there might be a wait time when you have an appointment, but that is only because the patients that are already in the exam room before us are receiving the exact perfect care that we will receive once we are in there, with Dr. Tan's full attention and never hurried to be moved along, so he is worth the wait! And another point that is worth mentioning, The Tan Head & Neck Center just moved into a very nice office building, which is a new expansion for them. It is so nice, extremely clean, very organized and modern. We appreciate the kind and professional medical attention we receive from Dr. Jesse Tan and his staff during each of our visits to his office, or during any of our hospital surgeries. We feel lucky to be his patients, and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an ENT doctor!
