Horrible Doctor! Horrible clinic! Horrible billing dept! Don’t go to this Doctor or clinic! I have both Medicare and a plan G and they ALWAYS look for ways to bill me directly! She won’t renew simple prescriptions unless you see her every three months even though you aren’t having ANY medical issues and then tries to bill you. VERY SHADY CLINIC!!!!! Always trying to make money in additionnto what insurance covers!!!!

This was my first time seeing Dr. Sokol, and I thought she was amazing. I am switching to make sure that she is my primary care physician. She is so personable and great at listening. I can’t recommend her enough.

I’ve never felt more dismissed by a physician. I waited 1.5 months for my first appointment with her, and I left feeling frustrated, unheard, and don’t even have the referrals I asked for. I am disappointed with the lack of care and am looking to transfer to a new doctor. Would NOT recommend.

I had a very disappointing virtual visit with Dr. Sokol. My wife had just tested positive for COVID and was looking for answers and guidance. Instead of providing support, Dr. Sokol was dismissive, barely listened, and acted condescending. She even made a comment about my wife needing to wear a mask if she went out, delivered in a way that felt rude and unhelpful. When I spoke up about the attitude, she abruptly ended the call, leaving us with no useful information. It also left me questioning whether her dismissive approach was influenced by the fact that my wife is Hispanic. Regardless, no patient should feel disrespected or ignored when seeking medical care. Virtual visits should be about compassion, professionalism, and real support—none of which we experienced here.

This was my first time meeting Dr. Sokol and she was absolutely wonderful! She was very patient with me, hearing my concerns, questions, and last minute thoughts during the entire appointment. She was so kind and lovely. She has instantly become one of my favorite doctors!

Friendly and pleasant interaction. She listened to my concerns, explained issue of injured knee and suggested best home care and physical therapy to obtain healing and progress. I recommend Dr. Jessica Sokol as a caring attentive physician.
