Dr. Craig was great..... Her receptionist not so much. She was so rude! I went for my second appointment which was set day of first visit. Turns out I wasn't even on their schedule. She asked why I needed to see the doctor? It's already hard enough to see a doctor for female issues, why do I need to Teel a receptionist my female problems? Apparently the patient has to call their primary doctor every single time to get referred to go see the gyno, according to her... long story short I wasn't even able to schedule another appointment nor do I want to go back there.

Dr. Craig is amazing !! She gets rid of my 20 years + interstitial cystitis problem. I couldn't thank her enough . Unfortunately I moved and it's a bit far for me. I haven't been seeing her for years now. Just noticed she is on Yelp and couldn't resist to comment. Dr. Craig , you are my life saver !!

I saw Dr Craig this week. This year I have dealt with so many health issues re: female stuff and had myself so worked up and fearful. Self diagnosed worse case scenarios. Dr Craig was amazing. Kind, respectful, thorough and so knowledgeable and I am very grateful. She is the best and answered all my questions. I walked out of the office completely reassured. No more self diagnostics.

Dear Ruby R.I did not know the name of the clerk that couldn't schedule my appointment on the computer. That person is unknown.What is known ..I was told that even if they had an opening in August that they would not give it to me. I stated my appointment needed to be in three months per the Dr. Craig's orders. No offer from Ruby to make an August appointment. Since the name of the first clerk is unknown, how could my comment insult her? Ruby's comment of if I had an appointment I would not give it to you, was unprofessional and retaliatory. Heidi Ingalsbe

Dr. Craig provided very thorough and caring attention at my first office visit. She explained my options clearly. If felt I had her complete attention and that she was there for me. No rushing or sense of urgency. I was having a procedure which she covered in detail. She listened to my concerns and answered them. Couldn't have been better. I felt a nice, personal connection with her.

Dr. Craig was recommended to me for my bladder pain that never seemed to be properly diagnosed. After seeing her, she recommended physical therapy which included Pilates. Believe it or not, after 25 years of thinking it was a recurring UTI or interstitial cystitis, I'm cured! Thanks for helping me without prescribing a medication with potential side effects. I will be forever grateful.

Dr. Craig is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Office staff were great too! I feel that Dr. Craig properly addressed my concerns and took the necessary time needed to explain everything to me. If I didn't understand something or had a question, I did not feel that I was taking up too much of her time.
